Not recently, no. That never seemed to help either. I've had severe sleeping problems since I was a young lad, and took every fucking thing I could possibly take and did every fucking thing I could do. Nothing worked. I eventually started sleeping a little better, but still not optimal. And now my insomnia is back in full force, for whatever reason.
