Modern/Beautiful Homes

Modern/Beautiful Homes
I'll start.

...

...

this shit's generic

there are literally no good modern buildings, the last great builder was probably gaudi

and before him there was never a great builder

you might as well post "great anthills"

lemme show u what I got, just drawings, I'll have to scan some

10/10 Would bang!
1/10 Not even once!
6/10 Ok.

his looks like he was constantly on drugs

...

...

...

why is there no architecture forum on Sup Forums?

board, i meaen

a beautiful seismic device

ingenious use of height

michael graves is alright and the best architect living is Gehry

...

...

oh michael graves died

my favorite building

if u ever get a chance check out Richard T. Foster's nondenominational chapel

Name says it all.

u've got low-assed standards

...

gaudi was pretty cool, but the last good architect? you clearly have no idea what you are talking about

look at that trash, it's like some goof all over the floor

I'm a sucker for modern living rooms with grand pianos

does N.Korea have earthquakes?

if /b was a house

I have to admit, the asians are doing architecture pretty good right now/recently

Noice.

u gi lu to the streets they gibbe lu back

...

>tfw all I want is the house in Marley & Me

look at these sculptures

house might b sin

North Korea, best Korea!

Yep. Even worse, a lot of construction in Asia is done without steel.

...

modernity is shit kys

for some reason, I love the Willis Tower
pic related

I don't think buildings can b awesome without steel

because my whole philosophy is the taller the better

50 Mio Dollar das that House cost atm.

Hat jemand ne Torte für die Dame? ^^

sometimes gothic is right, but in our history gothic is wrong for architecture; feel free to try to prove me otherwise>=,,
any1 who likes gothic cathedrals has NO taste

...

But if it rains the pillows get wet

ugh just think about living in that house by yourself. You'd never visit 60% of the house

Go back to insides of building you hacks

...

...

r u an architect?

the outside of a building suggests most things bout the inside, you fool

no, I like to see modern neatly arranged furniture.

nobody has been doing interior right, so I'm posting outsides

if you ever invite me in your house, i'm shutting on your floor

Sure, here's my room

Bonus point for the user guess where am I from

you're from some goofy-selfdecieving universe

the jews live there

...

last post, prob

this disgusts me

they could've had a huge yard if they built up

>Tacky wallpaper with matching curtains
>Weeb shit on walls
>Creepy doll collection (do you use them to lure little girls?)
>Wank tissues conveniently next to main rig
>No visible books

2/10 probably just American

fake

i hate rooms with ceilings over like 10 ft

this would b nice

but in a dining room with a lot of chairs, you need big ceilings so the talking doesn't get to b too much

>Tacky wallpaper with matching curtains
>Weeb shit on walls
Isn't it nice?
>Creepy doll collection (do you use them to lure little girls?)
Nah, I just like dolls, they're cute
>No visible books
There're a handmade shelf behide me filled with books

thats mark twains house. that steamboat victorian is amazing inside and out

indoor pools should always have a glass roof

gorgeous

Get swifty

whichever house this bedroom is in

comfiest room ever
my pic is elizabethan done right

>There're a handmade shelf behide me filled with books

Oh good, how many are comic books or manga? Because those don't count.

if i had this i'd put sex dolls in all the chairs and when i eat i would sit at the head of the table and be their king... and now im sad

...

Where ever you're from please go back and never come back

I give this building a 3/10

...

Brutalise is the shit

buildings are supposed to have a purpose, no good purposes are there, there are no good buildings now

what the fuck, man? I know some people just like anime but you're a full on weeaboo.

It would be a pain in the ass if I have to stand up and taking pictures all of them, I already showed you my favorite one
Shiiieet, you got me

brutalism IS awesome especially when the purpose of the building>the building, but like, I've never seen it done correctly

It's not much/for everybody but I really like my living room.

tangental post

is that a staircase on the other side of that is that a railing?
sorry, idk what you'd call a wall that goes about halfway up a room

it's a half wall. whoever built this house put it in, I'm currently saving up to tear it down

does it hold a railing?/does it hide a staircase in this pic?

Folsom Library

Filled with books....

...

it doesn't hide a staircase, it currently separates off a really sunny half room that I use for plants. there is also a large load bearing column that the wall intersects with. I'm not really sure what the logic for separating off this room was - possibly a dining room idea.

it shouldn't be so spread out, it should b taller, I think.

ok, I was gonna say if it hides a staircase, to kept it
