With Pepperoni, onion, mushroom, bacon, sausage, bell peppers, banana or jalapeno peppers, and black olives, with chunky tomato sauce and extra cheeses in large quantities. Has to be a well proofed dough baked at the right temperature.

I don't care if you don't think it's real pizza. I find it superior to NY style pizza, though when prepared with with care and good practice, it is also very good.
