Well looks like dropbox is now a dead medium. I haven't seen anything new, or even good in one of these threads in a while now, and recently it's all just dead links. The era of instant gratification definitely has its drawbacks I guess.

I remember when dead chans, and mirror links were posted in threads like this all the time. Too many years, and too many moralfags later, the internet is a dead, barren, and austere wasteland, full of SJW blogs, and microaggressions. I've done it before. Kinda boring but here's how you do it (basic way).
Download tails (linux based os)
Make a bootable flash drive.
Run from flash drive.
Simple setup, pretty easy to run and use.
The rest is just waiting to connect to the tor network and finding onions. Start with the hidden wiki, /r/onions, here on Sup Forums, or any forum.
They cant post the illegal stuff, so your best bet is to go to a chatroom and ask for what you want.
For added security, run it on a burner laptop on public wifi, preferably with no hard drive (or at least dont use the hard drive, it will ask you.
Adding a vpn would make it even slower, but some people prefer more security.

Tor and deep web browsing isn't as bad as many make it out to be.
Most of the illegal things you hear about aren't as common or easy to find as you might think and many are already shut down.
However, they do certainly still exist if you really wanted to find them, and you could occasionally accidentally stumble onto one, which is one of the main reasons people use secure systems with Tor
