It really depends on who I'm conversing with.
Generally I think in English when talking to myself or talking to people in English.

Although I have Filipino relatives living with me right now who still speak fucking Filipino in here so I speak Filipino to them, which makes me think in that language.
I know how to speak it because I was raised there for a few years.

don't worry, it's good for you

I think in Swedish if I have spoken it recently and think in English if I had spoken it recently.

I have scary nightmares. Today I dreamed that I was scheming with Antonio Banderas about something illegal, but it gone wrong and we had to flee from the chechens.

esclusively english.
it's a good technique to get used to the language, it helps a lot with things like numbers for exmaple because they're exactly the same and you subconsciously just think about them in your own language instead.
after a while it becomes a thing and it's almost impossible to get rid off.

It's amazing how many people have said English in this thread. Has English become that prevalent around the world?

As a native speaker, it makes it less necessary to learn another language. Though I'd like to learn at least 1 other language. Perhaps Spanish, German or Russian.

Hahahaha, eu imaginei um cara bem escroto daqueles que falam expressões em inglês no meio de frases em português tipo Luciana Gimenez. Aí o cara acirda no meio da noite falando francês e inglês, que chique! Hahahaha

This, I really don't get this thread. I mean, sometimes I sort of talk to myself in my head on purpose, to entertain myself, but when I'm just actually normally thinking there aren't words
