Although I have Filipino relatives living with me right now who still speak fucking Filipino in here so I speak Filipino to them, which makes me think in that language.

This is exactly the same for me as well lately.
I often shout "Wut-the fuck!!!!" and "Good God!" when a stupid thing happened in front of me when I'm driving or I'm fucked up while working.

it's a good technique to get used to the language, it helps a lot with things like numbers for exmaple because they're exactly the same and you subconsciously just think about them in your own language instead.
after a while it becomes a thing and it's almost impossible to get rid off.

As a native speaker, it makes it less necessary to learn another language. Though I'd like to learn at least 1 other language. Perhaps Spanish, German or Russian.
