I've started watching this kind with this....I loved it...

I've started watching this kind with this....I loved it... I want to watch something else and I'm afraid nothing will beat this. Prove me wrong b

I cant, it is amazing

Try corey in the house

Stien's Gate.
Holy fuck is it good, best i have watching in prob 4 years.

/thread

What a low tier OP. and I mean REALLY.

Hunter X Hunter

Meh, it's good but not top tier you faggot

sammurai champloo
holyland (manga)
naruto ofcourse
avatar (aang)

Try boku no pico or school days

welcome to NHK

Watch Boku Dake ga Inai Machi (Erased), it's fantastic

This should do it. Drama and realistic action. Nothing silly or cute.

I also agree with an earlier poster on hunter x hunter, though it is pretty high in shonen-ness (which I love), not found in DN

Evangelion.
Seems like a sorta meh mech anime at first, but it is so much more.

Cowboy bebop, one of my faves

- steins gate is amazing, emotion, mind fuck, comedy, lovely characters
- hunter x hunter its really good
- cowboy bebop classic
- monster just art

but at the end nothing comes to the thrill of dead note

Hellsing Ultimate is the best.

I've tried to watch this several times, but always immediately lose interest once the guy on the left (whatever random letter he was) dies. His replacements just never cut it for me.

Ugh

>boku no pico

Stay the FUCK away from it...... It WILL make you gay, not just any gay, the type of gay you hate.

how come no one is talking bout psyco pass?

Buncha fucking plebs.

Trigun
GunXSword
Mekakucity Actors
No Game No Life
Blood Lad
Tokyo Ghoul
One Punch Man after watching more anime
Is It Wrong to Try to Pick up Girls in a Dungeon
Campione!
Date A Live
Akame Ga Kill

Find a genre you like and go to Kiss Anime

>whatever random letter he was

Steins;Gate
Code Geass

Overrated crap with gay trama and deus ex machina everywhere and btw boring

Try: Code Geas. It's a fuking amazing anime, if you like death note, you must admire Code Geas too, the main char Lelouch is just like Kira, Lelouch is just, more powerfull

this is a real good one.

i read the manga though... dont know bout anime. if its anything close to manga, it should be awesome.

L

Its completely over-rated and isn't very good at all.

>inb4 11-year olds posting SAO

I bet he's your hero

BERSERK, doesn't get better than this.

Asuka is best girl.

...

You massive fucking pleb.
Asuka a shit, Rei a shit

Misato is best.

Don't watch the anime just read the manga

bored me to tears, gave up 3/4 the way into the series

The movies are okay at best, but stick with the manga if you can.

zzzzz

Bleach
Psycho pass(first season)
Attack on titan
Code Geass
One piece

Same.
Watched the anime, which spent half the time fucking itself over how good and Japanese the protagonist was, and most of the remaining time was spent jacking off over how brilliant and otherworldly the antagonist was.

He never did anything particularly brilliant, though. He was moderately evil.

>DID YOU FORGET ABOUT ME

How can I forget the qt desk bunny?
She is fine too.

if you like strategic psychological deconstruction

than Kaiji or One Outs, trust me theyre good like death note just different concepts

...

Higurashi When They Cry is what I went to after Death Note, confusing as hell at first though

Same, was a slog after that. I think the cat and mouse game between those two was the best part of the series. The rest I feel was meh and filler.

I'm caught up on the manga and have to say, it got 1000% less grim when it stopped focusing on just the main character and started entertaining thoughts about loli magician companions and additional comic relief characters.

Gatts was an iconic character as a lone human in a war against monsters armed with only a stupidly large sword (if it can be called that, fner fner) and ludicrous endurance/strength.

Now he travels in a cadre of quirky, magically-powered misfits, armed with his endurance and whatever but also a suit of magic armor that sometimes looks fucking retarded.

Nearly threw up when I saw pic related. Who fucking drew this and why didn't they summarily commit sudoku?

Steins;Gate is hit and miss I feel, especially after the introduction of SERN. Good, but completely overrated.

is that 21st century boys?

Seconded. Literally NOTHING will make sense until season 2. It'll be a fun romp through murder town though and it's very good as a mystery.

Also, Psycho-Pass is pretty good and has a similar feel to Death Note.

Cowboy Bebop is also good

Agree, I think this is one of the animes that should be on everyone's list. Not necessarily because it's perfect (it isn't), but because if the themes and impact it has had.

Seconded. Gotta watch Evangelion. Personally, I think the ending sucked ass. Some people think it's the best thing ever, though.

Jojo
Durarara!
Baccano!
Trigun
Cowboy Bebop
Berserk(for best quality read the manga)
Samurai champloo
Steins gate
Akame ga kill
D. Gray man
Full metal alchemist: Brotherhood (dont watch original is cancer)
Soul Eater
HunterXHunter
Darker than black
Kenichi
My Hero academia
Black Butler
Parasyte
Grisaia
Overlord
Strike the blood
Desert Punk

And finally my number one recomendation Rainbow

Ghost in the Shell SAC and sec GIG
Outlaw Star
Gundam Wing
Witch Hunter Robin
Yu Yu Hakusho
Princess Resurrection
FLCL
Soul Eater
Trinity Blood
Jo Jos Bizarre Adventure 2012 and Stardust Crusaders
Evangelion and the first two rebuilds
That is what I can think of off the top of my head it's all top tier.

"Whatever random letter he was" don't even bother watching season two, and the ending sucks.

I think the anime ending was a sort of representation of what was going on during the movie.
The ending was fine, there were just a lot of unanswered questions about what was going on outside of the ending, since it is all internal and mental, and the movie addressed those questions.

what u bois think about the rebuild movies and the whole "sequel" thing?

Hunter X Hunter (1999) (not that shitty 2011 version made for kids) it's god tier

Also YuYu Hakusho

This depicts the NEET life its great

Steins;gate
Code Geass
Erased

Glad someone finally mentioned Jojo.

Death Note fucking sucked.
Stop watching pleb anime and watch Wolf Children and watch the Hakouki series.

Honey & Clover, both seasons.

Acchi-Kocchi.

Working!!, both seasons.

Zipang.

Kuragehime.

Durarara!!

Code Geass (1st season is better than 2nd).

Rebuild is good, kind of the same, but happening in an alternative universe I think. Very pared down and concise. I'd still watch the whole series even though there's more filler. Haven't watched Death and Rebirth (only End of) Evangelion, so this might be another way to enter the series without having to watch all the episodes.

is your name ben?

Samefag here just thought of some more...
Great teacher Onizuka
Devil may cry
Elfen Lied
Another
Speed Grapher
Heavens lost property
Trinity 7
Samurai 7
Future Diary
Vandread
Akira
Angel beats
Hitman Reborn
Owari no seraph
Guilty Crown
Kaze no stigma
Blue excorcist
No game no life (better to read than watch)
Golgo 13

Code Geass (Season 2 isn't as good IMO but answers many questions from Season 1 and the ending has a nice twist.)
Full Metal Alchemist (Pretty much obligatory)
Legend Of The Legendary Heroes (Confusing at times and a bit overpacked with subplots and characters, but the main story is quite interesting.)

>2000% cringe @ you

Parasyte is awesome, it got me hooked in the same manner Death Note did.

>donarudo

Cowboy bebop

fucking hang yourself weeb

>Trigun

>GunXSword
well drawn, but more stupid

>Tokyo Ghoul
boring

>PsycoPass
well drawn, but imbecile

>Hunter x Hunter
vomit-inspiring old-school stupid shit

>Cowboy Bebop classic
excellent

>Code Geass
excellent at start, becomes boring and foreseeable

excellent

the exception is death note

You must be fun at parties.

if it was an anime party, I'll rather start with Acchi kocchi.

btw, why did no one mention the excellent Planetes ?

Lain
Are you ready for the acid trip? I watched it 4 times already.

lol bud there is nothing more boring than PLANETES
kys please

Ghost Hound

I just watched that...it had much potential but they rather prefered focussing on extremely cheesy pseudo-romance.
Same with Space Brothers...I was so thrilled at first, but then it had the feel of leading nowhere and repeating itself over and over again.

Boku dake ga inai Machi / ERASED
11/9

Same

tokyo ghoul one punch man

Zankyou no Terror
IS
THE
BEST

Lain --- pure shit for weeaboo begging to be named intellectuals

Planetes --- I agree about stupid pseudoromance, but the story is full of actual realistic details

Zankyou no terror --- another onepiece ofshit

>Lain --- pure shit for weeaboo begging to be named intellectuals
You haven't watched it didn't you?

Jojo Has a bettet kira and overall better villans. I mean Puccu is a favorite

Read Oyasumi Punpun. (laughs)

Dude watch Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and GitS: SAC 2nd Gig. Easily my favorite anime of all time.

TERROR IN RESONANCE! believe me
/thread

I watched it because I got original discs, dude.
That was the first and last time I ever accepted suggestions from my animefan friends.

>Dead Note

Bright Yagumi finds the Dead Note, a book that when you right a name, they die of hart attack. He meets the shinygummy Hyuk, and try to make the world a butter place while being purse sued by the dick Yell.

Ghost in the Shell movie that came out in 1995 was cool too, but you probably won't like it unless you are into existential philosophy. It does't rely on action to move the plot forward.

Currently watching fairytail, pretty entertaining if you like the dumb shit.

Boku no pico
9/11

Parasyte is really good

Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex (both seasons) uses Sci-Fi to explore religious issues.

It's like the author wanted to make himself Roman Catholic, and developed a story as a tool to do some intellectual work on.

Also, he plasced there quite a number of hints about Jews lobby power, but you can't catch have an insight of them until you carefully watch all of the 52 episodes for the third or fourth time.

GitS movies and OAVs are frankly less interesting that GitS:SAC.
