Can't really tell, the color is off. Looks ok, can't be too sure, not seeing much pink. If it's brown all the way through, it's fucked. You want it to be at least somewhat pink inside, I prefer super rare steaks (bleu steaks)

Round steak is too lean for most direct heat cooking.

Get something with a little more fat. Try a ribeye, tbone, porterhouse.

They cost more, but you cook them like an actual steak.
Sirloin/round make good roasts, but not so good for a steak.
