It's awful Jewy, but I thought it was pretty fucking funny.

Also this

"Office Space" (2001)
This movie is a really dry comedy, some might consider it a "dark" comedy, whatever the fuck constitutes that.
It was created by mike judge, who's also the creator of "king of the hill" and "beavis and butt-head".
A really funny watch for when you're feeling like you're a loser.

I love the shit out of Beavis and Butt-Head, but king of the hill can suck my dick and office space wasn't all that great I thought.

Project x

>inb4 this movie's actually from 1999

well, that's like your opinion, man.

also this is a good little gem:

>In Bruges
two men are in bruges hiding out after their job of killing someone, one wants to just sight see pubs, the other wants to sight see the town.

a good dark comedy with some real shit near the center and at the end.

forgot pic.

...

I will give that a go. Difficult to recommend something though. If you are the standard Sup Forums 14 year old wide eyed innocent from Cornbutt USA you might like Leon.

dont do it this shit will fuck you up

Only good movies in this thread.
I'll add Mad Max and Dress (the newest one).

project x disappointed me, it came out when I was in high school and everyone thought it was gonna be the greatest.
it it ended up being kinda lame, and I think it'll end up being an embarrassing caricature of the year it was made, or rather the era being the early 2010s.

Just finished watching this for the first time a few minutes ago. Pretty fantastic.

I really like the sound track. It makes me feel all hipster and such. But the movie it's self is very "boring". But a good kind of boring if you're into that sort of thing.
I thought it was open to a lot of interpretation on what the viewer was supposed to take from it, which I liked.

pretty good, lots of nice shots of the desert and has dr gonzo in it.

Not the best movie, but fun to watch if you're bored. Just watched this yesterday.

Summerfag detected.

Did not care for the new Mad Max - honestly I think the Road Warrior is the only film of the 4 mad Max films worth more than a single viewing.

I will go to my grave saying Fight Club is the GOAT tho

Interstellar
Shawshank Redemption
A Clockwork Orange

This and Apocalypse Now, but you've got to give it all your attention to enjoy it.

Incredible special effects (remember there's no CGI) but otherwise unwatchable, rambling, drags on - no wonder it was panned when it came out.

The Boondock Saints

i fucking hated it

To really enjoy office space it helps to have a white collar job. So much of that movie has been close to actually office experiences I've had.

...

...

This exactly, it is very relatable if you have a boring monotonous job in an office.

This...
I was working tech support for Gateway computers when this came out and we were all like, whoa!
Did someone from here write this?

Toy Story 2, wall street, big fish.

terrible terrible film. Such a fucking bore. such a shallow character. Couldn't give a fuck about a single person in the whole movie. I didn't even know what the actor was meant to be acting like, but he pulled it off badly.

To add. If you're into classics. To Kill a Mocking bird, Lawrence of Arabia, citizen Kane. And for a good laugh and cinema special effects history the original King Kong.

WHAT IS BEST IN LIFE?

this one

With sin city directly under the rum diaries, I ended up reading it as the cum diaries.
