Will there ever be a better athlete?
Will there ever be a better athlete?
An horse
he already exists
Lebron's wife son
Wayne Gretzky.... maybe Lebeta too, but these next few years will be important to his legacy. Remember that Kobr had emulated MJ's old man game almost perfectly and was still a top 5 player in the league at age 34 before the devastating Achilles injury.
LeBron
I feel like these modern NBA guys are playing a different game to Jordan. Tactics, training, understanding and general optimisation have allowed them to achieve greater levels of mastery of basketball.
While their stats may reflect that they are on par with what Jordan was, his sheer athleticism is something that has not ever been matched.
son(s)
Lebron >>>>>>>>>>> Jordan
Lebron is better in every single aspect except for the rings argument.
Mike Trout
Jordan had better vision. too many times have i seen LeBron kick it out to the perimeter after getting stuffed. in other words Jordan was smarter.
Lebron averages more assist than Jordan tho. I don't think you can conclusively say Jordan has better vision than Lebron
i was talking about scoring actually. Jordan always attacked at the right time.
Nobody even considered Lebron back into this argument seriously until this week. The ring argument might not be accurate but it's how these things are decided.
>will there ever be a more overrated athlete
Id bet a lot of money that most people who kiss his ass on here havent even seen him play
Man lebron was too much of a bitch to even do the dunk contest. He doesn't have the killer in him that Jordan did. Thats why Kobe was great too, had the mind of a killer. Lebron turned it on some at end of the series - it was almost too late, maybe he will get there, he has the tools.
I saw him play. The man never choked. Those who never choke are the best. Jordan was poetry in movement. He faked 2 times before a layup. That was beautiful to watch. This nigger aint. Thats it.
maybe in 1000 years
Michael Phelps
Tiger Woods
>ends up blocking this shot after sprinting from half-court
LeGod has a few years left to solidify his greatness
no new posts
Bo Jackson was.
Walter Payton
No, the only player in recent times to inspire an entire generation is zidane
This absolutely has to be bait.
Don't give this man any (You)s.
>Jordan always attacked at the right time
And Jordan was able to push off without getting called. Jordan also didn't have zone defense to deal with.
Jordan was literally babied more than any other NBA player.
Memes: The argument
Top fucking jej.
Lebrick has literally one move. Barge into the paint, pushing everyone and everything out of his way while traveling and dunk. If he misses, the refs bail him out literally every time.
He's Shaq: The Guard.
Easily the most boring "superstar" since pre Bird/Magic era
Jordan babbies in denial
he only had one season
>2013
and two postseasons
>2015/2016
that were even remotely as good as any of Jordans worst seasons, you fucking memer
>3-4
>worth $1.14 billion
Financially, no.
BTW, if soccer is BY FAR the most popular sport in the world, why have no soccer players earned Jordan-level money?
MJ was only good at Basketball. LeGod could transition to literally any sport
In terms of: a) expression of physical strength, b) coordination of upper and lower extremities, c) top speed in short distances and d) mental resilience; no, Jordan is GOAT. But only because of the sport he played.
>LeGod could transition to literally any sport
>LeGod could transition to literally any sport
only football and nothing else, baseball/hockey/soccer are sports that require extremely refined skills.
>Lebron becomes a TE
>gets hit
>Starts chimping out to the ref that he got hit
>mfw
he was an all-state receiver in HS, he probably knows what it feels like to get lit up
>which is why he chose basketball
Bo Jackson is the greatest athlete of all time
That isn't Walter Payton
gretzky > Jordan >>>>>>>>>>>>>> tiger woods
>people actually believe this
>Jordan never scored four times against Malmö
ayy lmao
Jim Brown is better. As good at football as Jordan was as basketball, and great at many other sports.
Also, unlike Jordan, Brown is no Uncle Tom.
Lance Armstrong is the best athlete ever
Brock Lesnar
>NCAA Champion
>WWE Champion
>UFC Heavyweight Champion
>Beat Undertaker's undefeated streak at Wrestlemania
mj is faster and can jump higher but for a taller heavier guy, bron isn't far behind. 44" vertical 4.6 40 on a guy that's 6'8" 250 or 48" vert 4.3 40 at 6'6" 195
most guys can't jump as high as either of them. they both look plenty fast to me, did you see bron's closing speed on dat block? if mj could still be mj but add 50+lbs like lebron...
meant for
and then there's Chamberlain who was faster and stronger than both of them.
yeah people who say he was an era babby are fucking retards no disagreement here. to say a 7 footer with a 48" vertical who could run the court like a guard wouldn't translate to any era takes a special kind of stupid.
>Considering anyone who plays a team sport to be the best athlete ever
That happens in practically every single sport.
The football that was used to play in the '80 has nothing to do with the one that we watch nowadays on TV, neither the training or tactics.
Bo Jackson
Memes aside, Bartolo Colon. And I don't even wanna hear a fucking argument from you faggots.
Being real for a second, Lebron James is probably the best athlete to walk the earth. There is no one with his combination of height, speed, strength, vertical, and his ability to stay health (might be using steroids tho). There is no one that can do the things he can do.
>Greatest Olympic athlete in history
/thread
can't believe it took this long
>Citing staged wins
they don't have legions of niggers to trick into buying their shoes
Pistol Pete
Too bad he's pretty shit aside from dunking
his overall game is garbage
jordan was a better defender in almost every single way except for the chase down blocks. jordan is probably the best perimeter defender to ever play the game
jordan was also a better scorer. lebron is a better distributor and rebounder, so pick your poison
>lebron is a better distributor
lebron's assist/turnover ratio is shit
he's too beta to actually impose his will himself. always has been. just look at game 7 where kyrie had to hit the last shot. entire defenses are focused on stopping lebron and so it's easy for him to sit back and statpad away.
his playmaking ability has always been overrated as fuck. he's actually pretty garbage at passing and isnt a good ballhandler under pressure.. hence all the turnovers
i was clearly making the point that jordan is better....but lebron is still a better passer.
there's not really any comparison desu
this desu
reminder legod is currently 22-4
Who is this guy
