Medfags, i really really need your help

Medfags, i really really need your help.
About a year ago, i started getting these strange episodes. Like i would just be having a good day nothing would happen and everything would be normal and then out of nowhere, i just get these horrible horrible episodes where I completely forget who i am. Its so hard to explain but out of nowhere i will feel like i am completely disconnected from reality and will completely lose connection with reality and i will not be myself. It happened shortly before i posted this. About an hour ago i was just watching netflix and doing nothing and enjoying my day off, and i walked into the bathroom and looked in the mirror and i nearly blacked out i lost touch so much. Like i was literally laying on the floor shivering because i had completly lost connection with who i am and what i am and what is real. Please if anyone else experiences this or if there are any doctors or psychiatrists on i really need your help. I am 18 and i live with my parents.

It is your waifu telling you that she exists. she exists in the same world as you, just invissible. this is her way of saying "daisuki". don't give up user. someday you'll be with her.

What the fuck are you talking about nigger i think youre the one with the mental problem here not me

Medfag here
looks like a begging of schyzophrenia
do you do drugs or take any medicine ?

I abused pills in highschool but ive been clean for a long time.

Talk to a fucking doc. Could be a brain tumor bruh

did your parents abuse you? have you suffered from any other mental illness in the past?

you're pretty young and the use of drugs before the brain as finished his developpement (21 years) can be very dangerous (after too, but less), glad you stopped it, take care and go see a specialist as soon as you can

Parents never abused me. Ive never had any metal issues before this

I dont see how it could be as this has been going on for such a long time. I feel like there would have been more rash effects.

you're going to evolve in a Gormiti, watch out

have you been stressed out recently? i think is right

Not stressed that much at all. And i thought that schizophrenia was that you heard noises and things that werent there?

Yeah I work at a psych ward definitely showing signs that could lead to a psychotic break. Go see a doctor and I mean a psychiatrist/psychologist that specializes with psychotic disorders. The longer you wait the worse it could get. When you enter that state try to think of things that bring you to a calming state or do things that will calm you down. So like right now make a fucking list of shit that's stress relieving so that when the episode starts again you can look at the list engage in stress relieving activity and reduce the episodes potential danger. tl;dr go see a fucking psychiatrist and get the fuck off Sup Forums

ohooohhhh, it's much more than that my friend

Medfag here, I recommend alcohol.

Schyzophrenia is much more than hallucinations the paranoia and displacement you feel are very big warning signs of possible schizophrenia or some other psychotic disorder. I'm the same guy that works at psych ward see suggestions above

Already done.

Second this. Whatever the hell it is, see a professional and get the hell off Sup Forums

Also dubs

naw man. its episodes, voices, and in some cases bipolar depression. get yourself checked out asap.

Could be some form of epilepsy. I have temporal lobe epilepsy and the sensation I experience during a simple partial seizure is that of revisiting moment you've already experienced years before, even though it's completely new. Afterward, for about 15 minutes I can't remember the names of people I've known for years. It's fucking unnerving as shit.

I recommend more alcohol. At least once a month you must be crawling.

Ive read online about this for months now and the thing that keeps coming back is depersonalization/derealization disorder, could this be a possibility?

that's a common symptom of the faggistoït, look it up
