I have saved $30k. What is the smartest thing to do with this money?
I am in my early 20s and have saved this over the past several years of working 2 jobs and basically having no life. I didn't inherit it or some shit, so it's worth a lot to me.
Should I buy a house? Stocks? Mutual funds?
This is my only opportunity, I'll never save this kind of money again.
Spend ~10% on something you would really like, e'g a nice watch or a bike or even several such things. My inclination would be buy a buy to let housr and rent it: steady income over time and appreciating asset as well as amortising debt. $30k now could be 300k in 15 years. But with housing market not great im tempted to just say put in a diversified portfolio for your pension. You wont see it again before you have gray hair, but 30k saved now is enough on its own, appreciating over 50 years, to live comforably off from them until you die.

Thank you man!

But to be honest, I would like a quicker return than waiting until I retire. I would like to live life now, and not bust my ass until I'm too old to do half the shit I want to do.
Basically use this money to make more money. Buying a house/condo and renting sounds like a great idea
New fag I just turned 23 have 58k in bank make 60k a year

You can put it in mutual funds or stocks and still have the plan to save for retirement. With the age you're at now you can take a little risk with it and not really worry, plus if you go and buy a house that'll be a good down payment
Dominic Cooper
Put 10% into precious metals, attend bankruptcy auctions for income properties, talk to a money manager. Don't play the stock market if you don't know how it works.

No problem.
Its important to assess all options though. Pick what suits your needs; if you might need access to the savings then liquid stocks might be good. If you dont mind not getting access to the principal in a hurry, and hosue might be a good idea. Most improtnant thing is dont fritter it away AND golden rule; if a scheme seems too good to be true.... It Always is.

Hire a financial advisor and make a contract holding him liable if he loses your money. Hire a lawyer to go over said contract. Then profit

Will any financial advisor actually sign such a contract?

Buy only LONG term mutual funds with 50% of it. Put 25% into a longer term CD. Hold onto the rest in a checking account that has a good interest rate. Don't fuck around with stocks, housing, etc.

I can't believe someone took the time to do this.
Does Photoshop have an option where you import images and it makes a picture ? Or did this guy literally connect every picture like a puzzle?
Jordan Gray
Well, for starters, he had about 10000 pictures of cocks.
