is andy still a meme
>That one king crimson record

No. I like the Grimes threads, especially those where the haters are foaming at their mouths.

Back to highschool you go.
Grimes.
Carly Rae Jepsen is literally just Grimes with actual talent. Emotion V Art Angels proved it.

but user
she's even more untalented than grimes
this
at least grimes knows how to be controversial

You're confusing a 1989-lite with AOTY 2015.
Next!
Correct.
Not true. There are innumerable examples of artists which are disliked, but which are clearly not Sup Forums memes.

What's next? Fantano?
That being said, both albums are pop garbage.

Wait a minute, she's a living meme?
>Metacritic being used as proof
Metacritic is a review aggregator. All important reviews in one place. Stop being so ignorant.
>That being said, both albums are pop garbage.
Your opinion is irrelevant garbage. In the trash it goes.
>All important reviews in one place

>Pitchfork
>Resident Advisor
>Mojo
>Tiny Mix Tapes
>Rolling Stone
Do you really consider these important?
Not to mention the countless "100" scores, which in a scale that goes up to said number, makes no sense.
Plus the both have equal user reviews and the obvious bias hipster places would have to someone like Carly as opposed to hipster darling Grimes.
what's wrong with RA?
out of curiosity, what would you describe as an important one?
Literally no reviews matter when it comes to music.
It's not like movies or video games.
Meta-threads about memes.
>Do you really consider these important?
Of course. These are important publications, regardless of your opinions about them. In the music world they're relevant. And your list is incomplete, there are far more other publications: Spin, The Guardian, NYT, NME, MusicOMH, DIY Mag, The Line of Best Fit, Exclaim, The Telegraph, The AV Club, PopMatters, etc.
These publications are in competition with each other. And almost all of them praised Grimes. Now, if you believe that your opinion is more relevant than them, you're completely delusional.
>Literally no reviews matter when it comes to music.
...to a person who truly believes that their own opinion on the matter is the only one that counts.
In which case - what the hell are you doing posting on an internet discussion board devoted to people's tastes in music?
Let's face it, Art Angels > Emotion in every way. And the fact Grimes did it all by herself makes it even more relevant. Never before a female artist did an album all by herself, from singing to cover, and had as much success as her. Prove me wrong right now.

All the same person kek.
Hate to disappoint, but the only one of those was mine. I've got no axe to grind with CRJ's Emotion - I just like pointing out blatant hypocrisy when I see it.
Eat your kek.
