As I said, what that dude did was cut and paste, with an alpha blur around the edged of the nipple to blend. Not and xray.

That's because her nipples are under the thicker parts of the lingerie. Not every image is xrayable.
It needs to be either light or sheer fabric, and thin enough for the nipple to show through at least a little bit. Enough for the technique to have something to go on.
Unlike TV, in real life computers cannot create image data from nothing.
