Which is more embarrassing?

Which is more embarrassing?

or

ftfy

there's two more to this

>achieving 1(one) point in a World Cup group that includes Costa Rica and Uruguay

>getting knocked out of the group stages of the Cricket World Cup by Bangladesh

But I think the iceberg definitely takes it

being Welsh

>just got swept at home by englel
>aussie cucks

>win the irrelevant friendlies
>choke in the tournaments
classic England

Icelel definitely. No one gives a fuck about rugby and cricket.

I really don't understand the people who think this

England is one of a handful of countries in Yurop that actually are reasonably good at sports other than divegrass, yet your only ambition is to be just like all those other fucking boring countries with literally only one sport.

...

Rugby. England are actually shit at football where they can achieve with the egg.

Rugby world cup was worse. Look at >our results since we got a decent coach. Lancaster really fucked it up. Losing to Wales/Aus isn't too bad, but at a home WC in the manner we did was total wank.

The football team is shit and Iceland aren't as bad as people make out. From the group stage matches it was clear this might happen. The result was about par for England, albeit against a team that is having a once in a lifetime 'golden generation' so it looks more meme-y.

>with literally only one sport

and you said this without any hint of irony

Thats actually false. On the main continent there is handball, icehockey, fieldhockey, several automobile sports, ski-anythjng and several more. England is shit at them as well.

Rugby. They literally made history by being the first sole host nation to be knocked out of the group stages of their own WC.

What the Kiwi is talking about is that in Anglo countries you have 4-5 fully mainstream sports all with professional leagues and relatively equal popularity.

In Australia, AFL, Cricket, Rugby League are all fully professional sports and all have huge followings and are all roughly equal in terms of interst. Rugby Union and Soccer also have niche following and professional leagues.

In America it is Gridiron, Apehoop, spicswing and Icefight. In England it is Soccer, Cricket, Rugby.

I just don't see that type of sporting diversity across Europe.

icehockey is only played by the nordicks, baltdicks and russkies, but yeah they have that

Field Hockey is definitely a meme amateur sport. I'm guessing it is no more popular is Germany/Netherlands than it is in Australia, that is it is a sort of fun sport kids play for shits and giggles but it has absolutely zero professional following.

Does Handball have fully professional leagues, teams and players? If so then you can have that aswell.

>be shit at cricket
>get an AUSgod to bring you back to prominence

>be shit at rugby
>get an AUSgof to bring you back to prominence

>be shit at rugby league
>get an AUSgod to bring you back to prominence

>be shit at soccer
>?

>Which is more embarrassing?

Your sex life

This. Are there no strong muscular elite handsome AUSgod football coaches that can save us?

this is a task beyond even the most muscular elite handsome AUSgod

ausGOD's? No

But there are plenty of Wogstralians in Western Shitney who would suck your cock for a tenner if you asked

...

Yeah I admit a bunch of NZ is pretty bad, especially the people who claim to follow two sports with the second being league, but the sentiment remains.

There is a professionell handball league, ice hockey league, baskettball league...

Mark Viduka?

>England is one of a handful of countries in Yurop that actually are reasonably good at sports other than divegrass

They aren't actually.

They're reasonably competitive in Union and Cricket, but they really should dominate both considering their population size and relative wealth to cricket countries like India, Pakistan, etc.

Don't take this as a slight against NZ in rugby, but you have, what, 3.5 million people. England has 50 million!

In Tennis they haven't won a men's major title in the Open Era. They consistently under-perform in golf, despite the Masters win. Are non-existent in basketball (I know they don't play it, but it is a worldwide sport. Australia plays more sports than England and produces good NBA talent).

They are seeing a resurgence in boxing, though. So there's that. And they should be perform decently well at the Olympics. But other than that, they don't set themselves apart in any sport.

They are a darts and snooker nation now. And those are games, not sports. .

you forget tennis and englands brave andy murray

>Scottish

Don't forget cycling and Englands brave hungry skellington.

There are several professional handball leagues throughout Europe.

Even professional female leagues.

Lad in pic is slim by American standards. That shirt is a size Medium in Walmart at most.

I'll have you know that we have 30 people, not 6

who gives a fuck?

/tdf/ starts soon....in which team sky will utterly dominate and a brit will win the whole thing.

inb4 roids

just coz you've never applied yourself to anything in your entire neet fucking life you got to shit on the achievements of other.

disgusting senpai

>England is one of a handful of countries in Yurop that actually are reasonably good at sports other than divegrass
>They're reasonably competitive in Union and Cricket
So, er, you agree with what he said. Of course you ignoring the relative popularity of sports etc. Here (greatestsportingnation.com/) is a website that tries to quantify nations sporting prowess. US, Russia and China are consistently above GB at the end of the year, and we switch places in the top 10 with Germany, Italy, France, Canada depending on whether it was an Olympic/Winter Olympic year etc. These are the countries we should be on a level with. Losing to India a country with 1.5 billion people 90% of which (compared to about 5% here) are obsessed with cricket and nothing else isn't surprising.

>I just don't see that type of sporting diversity across Europe.

That's because you're ignorant about Europe.

Ever heard about volleyball?
Fun sport actually

Bssketball is pretty big in Europe though.

You are right. There is also Wimbledon going on. Truly on of the greatest sporting events England has to offer.

Some Englishmen will surely take it.

yeah because so many shitskins came here and brought it over with them

It'd have been 3-0 in the Wobblies' favour if Eddie Jones had been coaching them instead of Englel.
