This is a plantar wart, a wart caused by human papillomavirus.
Often is not painful but can be. don't worry about that much. But you can try cryotherapy that consist in freeze (in drug stores know the name of the health product to do that safety). Or better, visit your doctor and ask about cryotherapy or other ways to do it.
