I speak finnish, swedish and english already

Why do you learn irrelevant languages?

Grazhdanskaya Oborona / Egor i Opizdenevshie / Kommunizm / Egor Letov solo work
DDT
Aquarium / Leonid Fedorov solo work
Auktyon
Pop Mechanics / Sergey Kuryokhin solo work

Definitely check out Alexander Bashlachev, he's easily one of the most influential people in Russian music.

I really liked Nautilus Pompilus. More "intellectual rock" like this?

Hacтя Пoлёвa
Aквapиyм

what makes Nau "intellectual"? Genuine question

Shut the fuck up.

You've got to really dedicate yourself to finding the most well-hidden Russian music. I can drop some in here but I'd have to dig deep into my browser favourites.

this guy is somewhat pleb but he's still enjoyable

How hard is Russian to learn compared to other languages? Asking for a friend

effectivelanguagelearning.com/language-guide/language-difficulty

cuck jajaja xD

Cyrillic is easy to learn and pronounce. Learning Russian as a language is do-able for simple uses, definitely not as hard as Hungarian, but still.

Kino are amazing and its a shame that Viktor Tsoi died in such a tragedy because he made really good music and his albums kept on getting better which I find unique because not many bands keep getting better with every album they make and its a shame that we didn't get to see him reach his peak. I recommend listening to Noch(Hoчь) and Zvezda Po Imine Zolnche(Звeздa пo имeни Coлнцe), these are my two favourite albums by them even though their entire discography is great imo.

Like other pepole said in this thread DDT, Auktyon and Nautilius Pompilius are great but I also recommend you listening to Aria(metal band, "the russian iron maiden") and Bi-2

If you want some memes go listen to zeloni slonik parodies on youtube

cyrillic isn't that hard and russian is a flexible language word order-wise so it should be easy to learn but you might have trouble grasping certain subtexts and injokes in russian folklore and everyday talk

>I'm learning russian

Keep learning till you can get every word in this album - then you will know the language as well as any local
