Why don't merge some football leagues?
I propose these:
>Irish sea league: Irish, north irish, scottish, wellsh league
>Nordic League: Denmark, Sweden, Norway
>Baltic League: Finland, Latvia and Estonia
>Polish Lithuanian Belarus League
>South Balcan league: Greece Albania Bulgaria and Macedonia league
>Yugolsavia league: Serbia Slovenia Croatia Montenegro Bosnia
>Danube League Austria, Hungary, Check Republic and Slovakia
Those Balkan and Yugo leagues would be a bad idea familia

Wasn't there talk of Holland and Belgium merging in the last couple of weeks?
The Dutch FA is in fact thinking about proposing a joint Dutch-Belgian cup, instead of our seperate national cups.
The leagues are to remain seperate in this proposal, although a couple of people (usually without any power) have proposed a joint league as a way to catch up with the rest of Europe.

The problem with merging leagues is losing European places.
Travelling costs are more important than losing a euro spot no cunt from Inverness is travelling to Coleraine for a game
