>16 hour shift

Whoever your boss is sure doesn't care about productivity. Most people's ability to focus drops significantly after 4 hours, but it's still decent up 7 or 8.

I work 10 hour shifts in computer repair and the last two hours everyone just basically fucks around on their phone or the shop computers.

I worked at fort McMurray for a while and I did have 16 or so hours shifts. It really isn't that bad, it's not like you're lifting gear all the time. Also we had 2 weeks of works for 2 weeks off at 100$ an hour so really it's not that bad.

This. Electronic, techno or house music can keep you up all night. Keep it around 130 BPM.

>fort McMurray
oh, so you worked long hours, did coke and then went into edmonton and bought a corvette or harley that you proceeded to crash in the snow on whyte ave?

Nah. Came back and bought a house so I could keep working on my music.

but you know a guy that did that.

Of course. You described pretty much 80% of Fort McMurray's population.

definitely will keep your consciousness up :^)
