Basically you gotta make an long capital "N" sound, not the "nu" part the "Nghghgh" part, spelling might be loose. Where your tongue touches that's where its suppose to actually be, the midish, backish of your tongue is suppose to touch the roof of your mouth for support. Its uncomfortable as fuck because your not used to doing it the right way. Make the long "N" sound and suck your tongue in so it stays in place and is touching your roof pallet. If you can make a little "click" when letting go you did it right.

There's suppose to be no air / space between there, You're not suppose to be able to breath because your a mouth breather, your suppose to breathe through your nose while your tongue holds your fucking face and back up. You gotta leave your tongue there. Its uncomfortable but after a week you'll build a muscle and i'll get easier from there. You will look stupid and retarded going "NNNN" and making a face but you gotta fucking do it.

I spend 3 fucking days making NNNN noises and doing nothing but this exercises all day while playing video games and watching movies. I blew a nose fuse on it but after 3 days i noticed the muscle and it got easier from there. Trust me you'll notice the differences after a week since you'll be standing straight. random pic btw

Half true. Posture is important however Bad posture is influenced by head positioning for SOME people. If you head is arched forwarded your head will lean forward as well and i'l cause your body to slightly lean. Fixing your head position via tongue will allow you to fix your posture.

No one would believe me but I've never heard of this condition and I've been telling people that bad posture like this fucks you up in more ways than one would think.

For the past 10 years or so I've noticed and had been reveille on my shit posture. Not kidding one day when I was working as a filing clerk at college, I saw a man in his 50s and his back was so fucked up with scoliosis it started making me self conscious of mine. For that entire rest of the week my entire body felt off balance and weird because I started reaching my head up as far as I could. Visibly making me about 2 inches taller and I noticed my head was all fucked up and tilted to the side. It wasn't noticeable by other people because only you know the intricacies of your own body neck and head like that.

Whenever someone tells me they have a headache I tell them to lie down and stretch their head up and straight as long and as far as it'll go. This cures and sinus pressure. People laugh at me but every single night for the past 10 years I stretch my head and back out as straight as it will go and in about 10-15 mins I'll feel all this immense pressure coming off my spine and off my sinuses.

You look so much better sitting every day with good posture. I just kind of came across this on my own and always felt like it was a good thing whenever I tried to improve it.

3 weeks for me to actually be able to do it normally

Its been like 4 months now and my teeth fixed themselves incredibily, but i still think i need a retainer because 1 of my teeth are slightly in a bad position.

One thing i kinda regret is not taking a few before and after pictures.

I have forward shoulder posture from working out my chest and front delta more than my back and rear delta. I've been working more on my back and rear delta but there still rolled forward. Most dentist are aware of the problem and make and effort to tell the parent but its hard to communicate and the parents AND children usually disregard it since they dont truly understand the problem Braces is a common salutation to this shit but it only fixes it slightly. Its also not practiced becasue usual treatments are considered cruel since they usually put wires inside a childs gums so they dont do it. You can still fix it as an adult btw, it just takes longer.
