Not at all. this band made a split recently with peste noire, but besides that, they have nothing to do with each other.
Diapsiquir is a project revolving around Toxik H, who played guitar in arkhon infaustus and kickback. This guy is a god-tier guitarist (I wouldn't be surprised if he did some stuff for DsO).
I guess this band isn't really interesting if you don't understand French.
