The point I was making is that there is a difference between an iconic scene and a cool scene. An iconic scene is something people are aware of without even having seen the movie. It speaks to the cultural significance of the film. This scene from Iron Man is neat, but nobody fucking talks about this scene independent of the film itself. If you want a more "iconic" scene from a superhero film, "Ever dance with the devil in the pale moonlight," "You wanna know how I got these scars," that stupid scene where all the camera circles around all the avengers...
