Hmm... it could be a pretty good idea. Having something like a help desk where people can leave their requests for advice or readings... and maybe a live board for discussions and stuff.
I've considered doing something like that at some point but it was just a "someday" idea really.
It should give it to you automatically if you're online, but there might be some option you have to change or something like that. I dunno how they work either-- up until a couple of weeks ago, they didn't notify most people. Then all of a sudden they started working like a charm, so I started using them again.
