Have had this problem OP. Song against Sex by NMH always helped a bit. Generally though I'd say try to not focus on music about the feel. The more you focus on not doing it you just end up thinking about it more and do it. Try to find music you think is really beautiful and inspiring, (for me it's stuff like Talk Talk), and you'll just have less of a desire. It's tough stay strong bro.
