do you tag number one to nine tracks 1-2-3...9 or 01-02-03...09??
Do you tag number one to nine tracks 1-2-3...9 or 01-02-03...09??
I don't care
Duk
it's important, you know
Correct answer: With zeroes
i tag My song by how they look...... this trak is Soft and warm like a mish mash of podato.
He is so soft and fluffy :3
The file-name is always 01, 02, 03, etc so that it doesn't get messy in the folder in 10+ track albums.
The tags are 1, 2, 3, etc.
I don't, I only care about the file name
the real qestion should be in case of several discs:
1-01, 1-02… 1-16…2-01, 2-02 etc.
or
101, 102… 116…201, 202 etc.
???
foobar ats 1 2 3 and does the process automatically whe ordered
however I make it renamed with 0.
ultimately tags are entirely dependent on how I like them
this
i have plenty of both and it doesn't change a damn thing
only autists get triggered by that
Single CD
01-Artist_Name-Song_Title.mp3
Multiple CD
101-Artist_Name-Song_Title.mp3
201- same as above
No spaces, use underscores!
>tfw scene releases makes me autistic
if you don't use zeroes, once the two digits tracks start they just don't line up well with the one digit ones
this is why using zeroes is objectively better
Who would want duck feathers in their mashed potatoes?
>Underscores
For what pvrpose.jpg
this
"01 [track name]" so the order remains as desired in the file folder
if there are multiple CDs i just pretend it's only one and number them accordingly.
I used to tag albums with multiple discs as Artist - Album Title (Disc 1), Artist - Album Title (Disc 2), but last.fm doesn't like when I do that so I just do what said now.
lol look ar her
tag 1, 2, 3 etc
sort files in a folder by track number
Drive
Folder "Music"
Folder "Artist Name"
Folder "Album Title"
(Folder "#" depending on how many discs it has, not necessary for 1-disc albums)
0# Song Title.mxx
I tag it without the zero, e.g. 1/12
You can label tracks as being from multiple discs you know
Holy fuck is that a goose
