A bit of background Kino is shorthand for the variety of Motion Picture: AБCOЛЮTE КИHO (tr. Absolute Kinography). That is fine to use it this way as a colloquialism, even if it isn't truly accurate.
There simply is no such thing as "Genre-Kino".
While I personally believe a genre work can achieve Kinography, it's grossly ignorant to refer to Kino as something divisible into any lesser notion that must be informed by an external modifier. Kinography stands on its own.
Furthermore, television will never be able to obtain the mantle of AБCOЛЮTE КИHO, but it may come close to something analogous to it.

I'm Tony Stark and BvS is my favorite Kino on the Citadel.
as maligned as yifi was, they looked okay in movement, but even at 40Mbps a cam looks dark, with washed out colors, and that difussion-blurry-soft focus shit

it's a TC (Telecine)
Telecine means it was filmed with a camera, but the camera is positioned on a tripod and centric to the screen so you have a lot better image quality than your average camrip

There is no security, bar some sort of infra-red technology to detect these things, I believe. But I'm sure the source is Russian or Asian, I doubt they enforce that kind of shit there.
TCs are done by directly scanning a film print. Usually done in China, as people are there are usually the only one's corrupt enough to take a bribe and allow someone to scan a print. China is also one of few countries that still use film prints over digital, and one can't really telecine a digital movie. They can do a nice cam from a digital showing with a camera, but not a true scanned print, and nowhere near 1:1 quality like one would achiebe with a TC over a nice cam.
