>Warcraft score
YIKES

low scores on Rotten Tomatoes usually indicate it's actually a good movie and kino.

Got me to check the Warcraft RT page. No reviews yet.

Assassin's Creed will be a solid 7/10.

Ratchet and Clank only bombed because they cut Bella's nude scene

Have the Russos direct an Alan Wake movie.
Vidyakino in the taken flesh

>It's a lying OP episode

Angry Birds is too redpilled for critics.

Nolan would honestly be a better choice.

>Still believing Rotten Tomatoes' meme.

>gears of war movie directed by zack snyder

can we make this happen?

Did you niggers even play the game? It draws a lot of inspiration from Twin Peaks, so based Lynch is the obvious choice.

Seriously now though, I think someone like Jeff Nichols is a great choice

Literally only shills care about Warcraft.

London has fallen was shit mate, Gerard Butler has become a great indicator if a movie is bad. He needs to fire his agent, hasn't got in a decent role in awhile.

>Spy
>94%
>7.2

They just need to trash the percentage. I don't care how many people thought it was better than a 5/10

Don't give Snyder anything.

nine times out of ten I'm not going to encourage capeshit or video game adaptations to be made, that said though Gareth Evans should adapt Batman: Arkham Asylum. that would be good.

Those video games all looked horrific from the trailers. I don't know why anyone was expecting them to be good.

JUST

>Twin Peaks
You're not wrong.
The story would have to revolve around the characters as much as the things happening to them, though.

Twin Peaks always felt unbalanced.

There is no legitimate reviews for Warcraft yet

And the example you use is London has fallen?

>Lynch ever, Ever touching vidya

Honestly delusional m8, you ever even watch a Lynch film? I could see Nolan doing it. Maybe i can see what you mean with Jeff Nichols after Midnight Special, but nah, he has a defined aesthetic sensibility that's not suited to vidya where you fight shadow monsters.

The proper director would be Scott Derrickson.

fake

I was joking about Lynch man, read my post again. And shit, you might be onto something with Derrickson, though he's too busy with Marvelshit now.

No no. That one might be dumb enough to work. He can do all of his showy shit, and the plot is already retarded.

What if Malick directed a video game movie?

I honestly think AC will not only be a good vidya movie, but a good movie overall. It has an A list cast and the director of Snowtown and Macbeth behind it. I have faith bros!

So what do you call a thread like this? an anti-shill thread?

>He posted an outdated image of the review scores
Have you visited Rotten Tomatoes within the last thirty minutes?

Wait for Sly Cooper movie

epic trolling bro LMAO xD!

>liberals giving the most redpilled movie of the year bad reviews
Can't say I'm surprised.

The Fall of Reach book that released just after the original Halo has the potential to be an actual incredible movie. It's a shame 343i are absolutely terrible at managing the universe and made the book into a shitty animation instead.

>Your destruction is the will of the Gods, and we are their instrument
If the Covenant had a slow reveal where you don't even see Hunters or Elites until the end of the movie just like in the books it could really work.

youtu.be/8wKbM_8kWUo
Tell me Vidyakino isn't possible.

Shadow Of The Colossus

why do you keep calling it kino

just call them movies

The series is perfect for him.

Critics would hate Angry Birds even if it was good because of the political undertones. It looks like shit tbqh tho pham.

Warcraft could be a movie that critics don't get.

It's a videogame movie, it's a matter of time before it gets critically panned.

If the word "vidya" doesn't make you shake with rage then you need to get the fuck off my board.

>implying it hasn't just been a fucking shit year for film in general

but yeah totally it's one specific genre sucking and not the industry as a whole.

Spoonfeed me on Angry Birds famalams

Spy was good, the target audience ate it up, and I admit I had a good time, Stathom was incredible.

>going out of your way to pick one of the weakest weeks of the year

It's a fake but I wouldn't be surprised if that's how it turns out

"weakest weeks"?

i didn't go out of my way either, i screencapped that just because people on Sup Forums were singling out the R&C movie as "THE WORST THING EVER" when it's been a pretty mediocre year for film thus far outside the few predictable hits.

It's weird how seeing Angry Birds up there didn't even register to me as a video game movie. 99% of all Angry Birds shit I see is merchandise.

This is this week, this is more of a standard balance for this time of year, it's usually worst during the first third of the year not to mention. I bet you that with the new numbers tomorrow it will be even better.

you accused me of cherrypicking and then before i could link you that exact screenshot to tell you it's not cherrypicking, you beat me to it with a readied excuse for why it just happens to be just as shit right now

fucking wow

Mortal Kombat was pretty kino though

>junglebook 95
look i dont care anymore guys
stop posting rt
we should be ignoring them and all ratings/critics in 2016

Wreck-it Ralph

um, who cares what week it is? scores that low aren't suddenly going to get better a week later or a month later, they will still be shitty films no matter what time it is

those scores mean the film industry are not even fucking trying anymore. whoever is running disney's movie division have just ascended to a higher level of market understanding or something

Gods of Egypt didn't deserve all that idiocy directed towards it. Not a great film either.

Not based on a game idiot

>The Boss
>19%

Isn't that a Melissa McCarthy movie? I thought those got high scores?

This

>what people who haven't seen Junglebook say

I was thoroughly disappointed. The licensed characters served virtually no purpose, the film explored very little besides the candyland game, there were not one but two filler montages, and the product placement (which were put in only to make up for the entirely pointless licensing) was invasive and was even used to push the plot.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit and even Lego Movie made much better use of their licencing and ultimately told better stories. Wreck It Ralph just felt like a lot of wasted potential.

>I thought those got high scores?
Only the decent ones. The Boss like Tammy is a piece of shit.
>inb4 all are shit
You're not the target audience, grow up and learn not all films are for you.

>implying i care about paying to see a cgi shit fest
ill see beauty of the beast but not this

>The Angry Birds Movie is both the equivalent of a screaming five-year-old and a regressive piece of American propaganda.

Fuck Critics.

>Criminal higher than Batman v Superman

kek. Almost as good as My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 beating that piece of shit.

Point out where OP asked that, my good man.

16% huntsman, you know even that is overrated, should be 2-4%

What is retarded about fighting the cave aliens? When the cave aliens attack you will be happy as fuck Gears was there to prepare us. Then it'll be your fucking black and white miserable French art house shit that looks retarded when a chainsaw is flying toward your face.

That isn't the problem. The problem is Zack's trying really hard to be deep and artistic. Gears of War is his speed, no doubt, but the fact is he thinks he's more than that, and this will entirely fuck up any adaptation he decides to go for.

Ironically this was the other way around. Great movie, unfortunately, the game based on the movie...

youtube.com/watch?v=NARk8J9OyAs

Fuck me it's like M&Ms racing all over again.

I just don't know what the fuck happened with R&C movie. For a series that has historically had great, quip-heavy dialogue, the movie is like a humorless wasteland with generic dialogue.

there's just... nothing until the last 20 minutes of the film

APPROACHING SOUND BARRIER

what is the story with this, i thought the image dissecting angry birds and saying the film is commentary on muslims and germans was some tinfoil hat tier shit from Sup Forums.

>see the birds line up in the right order for the german flag!
>the pigs are muslims who just want to pillage/rape/blow things up! see the pig has a beard, this is a reference to muslims having beards

zootopia isn't that bad, it's a solid 7 but yeah you're right
