I've made peanut butter cookies before they were alright. I'm kind of fixed on bread lately because I could never get it to rise properly before. I read some things on gluten and yeast explaining those processes that happen and I think I'm getting the hang of it. I've been doing small batches and seeing how they turn out, but today I think I'll try twice that amount since the last one I cooked was actually pretty good.
