LOTV is much better than previous expansions and player base is complete asspies since all normies moved to dota or lol
coop and arcade games are more popular than before. 1v1 takes 10 seconds to find a game and is much more balanced
you don't even need to buy to play most of the game

you can ply most of the game without buying it. just download starter edition play some co-op and arcade
then you can add me and we can play 2v2 , 3v3 ,4v4 together in ladder if you want

you can do coop with someone who bought the game + play a few missions + do 1v1 against easy ai in skirmish
play against ai in NvN skirmish*
here buy or not buy
you can coop like everyone else but with 3 heroes only
you can play arcade and all custom maps
you can play broodwar remake (google = mass recall)
you can play anything you want against AI
you can play team games with people who bought game (2v2,3v3,4v4)
buying game only gives you access to like 4 extra coop heroes, campaign and 1v1 multiplayer.
