Extra Flags is an open-source (code is on GitHub) and non-malicious (no IP is accessed) plugin that adds regional flags, like states and provinces, to the already existing national flags on Sup Forums, Sup Forums and Sup Forums, by storing users' post number along with the selected regional flags, and retrieving it from a database when a thread is loaded. You can add your region's flag by requesting it on the GitHub page.
Extra Flags: github.com/flaghunters/Extra-Flags-for-Sup Forums Here are the links for the impossible flags still on the Sup Forums server. Collect from here or don't. You set your own rules. They're currently impossible to collect from a post however. The future could change that.

What the fuck? I can get behind seals, but that's going too far. If it has no seal or flag, I say don't include it.

This is what I get for waking up and typing :^)
What I'm trying to say is that there are Pennsylvania counties without flags/seals and that Kar at some point included blank white flags in place of those counties.
I think we should get rid of those flags since they don't signify anything

I would say keep them just because extra flags is not only about flags it is also about people wanting to show their location more specifically than just a country-> state -> ext..
