Did anyone actually listen to the FBI Director's explanation for why he is not recommending any charges?
I found them to be... reasonable. They aren't going to waste time on a case they won't win, and even though I'd have loved to see her burned at the stake over this... he outlined very clearly all the reasons why that just wouldn't happen here.
Disappointing, but not (in my opinion) tinfoil hat worthy. Your thoughts?
"To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now."
He says that it is a felony to mishandle classified information in a grossly negligent way, and basically says that her e-mail threads contained 110 or more classified e-mails, and essentially says that they were handled in a negligent way. But, he says that because the quantities weren't "vast" and that it didn't seem to be willful or malicious, that it wasn't the sort of thing that would normally be prosecuted. He does say that people would normally face sanctions, I'm guessing something like losing their clearance. But, he says they are not deciding to do that either...
Dominic Brooks
...
Henry Martinez
Why? Security or administrative sanctions are outside his purview (also she doesn't hold that job anymore).
Seriously? This is great news! When do I get paid, and how much? :)
Dylan Garcia
So because she doesn not hold that position she should not be accountable?
Julian Howard
If you violate company policy, the company can write you up, fire you, or whatever. If you quit your job and they find out about it later, they can't retroactively fire you earlier.
The government works the same way, unless what you're doing is criminal.
Evan Brown
yet if when i had top secret clearance did exactly what she did i would of been charged, lost then gone to prison. so why is it "reasonable" that she isn't at least charged? the answer is because the system is rigged and normal people have to follow the law while important people don't
Levi Cooper
> He does say that people would normally face sanctions, I'm guessing something like losing their clearance. But, he says they are not deciding to do that either... Right - because "they" (the FBI) aren't responsible for deciding to do that.
She's no longer in the position. She can't be subjected to administrative action by the FBI, which has no jurisdiction over the office of the Secretary of State - unless there are criminal charges filed, which he has suggested would be futile.
Just because the FBI gets pissed off at someone doesn't mean they can arbitrarily get them fired (she is already out of that job). As for her clearance, that is going to depend on who issued it: the Department of Justice doesn't have carte blanc authority over clearance granted by, say, the Department of Defense for example.
Long story short: she should definitely get her clearance revoked, but that wasn't his call and besides it will be a moot point if she gets into the white house.
Colton Jenkins
the secret meeting with her cuck on the tarmac with djo is what got me super pissed
Angel Morgan
Because a group of people who really wanted to put her ass in jail, and who know the law a whole hell of a lot better than YOU do, reviewed the evidence at hand, and determined that she would not be convicted by any reasonable court. So, they being smarter than you about these things, decided against the colossal waste of time and money it would have been, and even though he clearly explained and articulated the exact reasons WHY she could not be convicted, you already tabbed over to shemale porn anyway.
Wyatt Ortiz
With the big difference that now she is running for president and she is not accountable for any of her actions. Its like if you messed up un your company and then ask to be the CEO
Parker Lewis
Kind of not the same thing at all. Snowden admitted to willingly exposing top secret information. HRC didn't admit to crap except being ignorant about technonolgy. Also, HRC put top secret documents at risk, she didn't hand them over to wikileaks. I'm not even an hrc supporter but that's a shit meme.
Henry Sanders
Accountable: if the American public can understand what she did and why she is obviously an inept and untrustworthy cunt, her bid is already destroyed. And if not, you all fucking deserve her.
The bad news is, you DON'T really deserve the alternative, but those are the choices: cat shit or dog shit.
Ian Moore
If you had top secret clearance you wouldn't have been in any position to do what she did.
Luis Cox
That is very sad but very very true
Connor Davis

>they" (the FBI) aren't responsible for deciding to do that. They aren't, they can only make a recommendation to the justice department.

Turd sandwhich or giant douche
Connor Walker
so would you like to know where there are drones on permanent patrol waiting on orders to kill certain people in the country who could be a threat to national security or just bring to light certain things that would lead to issues for current politicians? I'll email you the details but I'm just negligent in handling this so i shouldn't be in trouble right?

Unlikely to be CONVICTED != Did Nothing Illegal.
The director basically said she was a douche, but didn't douche all the way up to the bar of "we can nail a conviction" - so it wasn't worth the effort to go through the motions.
That's not the same as saying she did nothing illegal (she clearly did). It's more like saying, it's really fucking hard to get a conviction in these cases unless these conditions are met, they weren't (because it's a high bar) - so she's a lying douche, but this is a waste of time.
Daniel Baker
Don't forget me!I used a personal server, too, like Uncle Colin.
NONE of our emails even exist, zozzle

She was just "extremely careless", no biggie. Its not like she will be in charge of nuclear launching or something if she became president.
John Thomas
It just shows how incompetent she is and absolutely nobody that is that incompetent should be president of anything.
>trump 2016 (by default)
Jonathan Walker
more likely is that the FBI "interview" this weekend was nothing more than her offering for him to keep his job once she gets elected.
James Long
>libcucks defending their terrible nominee no matter what.
"personal server" Either you're intentionally dishonest or you need to check your facts. Dame Kankles is the only one with a wholly owned and controlled server. Use of a personal email service, owned and operated by another entity, is inherently different than what she did.
Jonathan Hernandez
oh i forgot the part where she is currently running for the highest office in the country oh wait

My sides just went into orbit of Jupiter with Juno.
Jayden Davis
nope I didn't. you are angry bc she didn't get charged while you did with something you consider as not as wrong as what she did. don't get me wrong, I find it rediculous to send send someone to prison for some weed, BUT if it is ilegal and you know you might get prison time for it, then even if she got away with murder, it doesn't have anything to to with you.
Liam White
There is NO PRECEDENT for indictment over this kindof behaviour.
That's more of an indictment of the entire Department, but still.
It wasn't just reasonable, it's the only sensible solution. There's no proof of wrong-doing or willful misconduct, it was just a group of people doing something very stupid.
It wasn't just Hillary, is the thing. Anyone who interacted with her over an insecure line about classified stuff would ALSO have to be indicted, and that's just not going to happen.
This, like many other attacks on Hillary, are a non-issue. Think instead of what it means about the government in GENERAL that this kind of gross negligence isn't a big deal.
Noah Diaz
And here the rest of the world was laughing their asses off at the Brits for Brexit, but amerifags seriously want that no1 spot for being the biggest & stupidest cunts.
James Gonzalez
what the fuck are you talking about?
The only way we'll look as bad as the Brits and their Brexit is if Trump gets elected.
Lincoln Sanchez
Regardless, espionage
John Sullivan
oh yeah sure she totally is an enemy of the state

It's all over. This shit about no charges being filed, Loretta Lynch meeting with Bill Clinton... it's a wrap.
Hillary has already paid off, and killed off everyone she had to and will be the next president. It sure doesn't seem like people are getting as upset at this as they should be. This shit is a fucking joke, it's blatantly obvious shady shit is going down and as much as I want Trump in there, it ain't going to happen
Mark my words, screenshot this.

Mason Foster
Just to be clear, "doing something very stupid" with classified information is a felony, and is "wrong-doing", even if it isn't "willful misconduct".
Jonathan Howard
not everyone gets charged with felonies in america
do you understand how hard it is to indict the entire state department
Brayden King
it's a problem of logistics. If they indicted her without indicting everyone it's clearly a political attack. If they indict everyone it's impossible.
Julian Roberts
But if you did that would be so bad-ass American!
Brayden Foster
>i'm going with her
Well, at least you're honest about supporting a corrupt career politician with a long list of lies and dead bodies on her hands.
Aaron Richardson
Lies less? I hate Trump and I know those so called "studies" are disingenuous at best and bullshit at worst. She might lie less frequently, bUT she clearly has no respect for the rule of law and lies bigger. She's only off the hook because of who she is. Literally any other person, besides Bill, would be looking at going to trial. But Hillary has all of Washington in her pocket, so she gets yet another free pass. If you vote for her, it means you think that the Purge should be for everyone, year round.
Carson Gutierrez
this is what people will be thinking.
Brayden Barnes
she got let off kid. no need for the damage control. sounds like you are trying to convince yourself.
Carson Bailey
it's in the hands of the justice department anyhow.
Evan Bennett
Money was definitely exchanged. Those who don't play ball....
Dylan Rogers
oh look more damage control.
Jacob Bell
sure kid
Caleb James
so you admit she lies.
Christian Bennett
Even if one were to hypothetically accept the premise that she somehow lies less, there is a significant difference between someone that has held elected and appointed office and took a sworn oath, and a private businessman who has heretofore not undertaken an express promise to abide by and uphold the rule of law.
Alexander Clark

Oliver Anderson
Hillary was Secretary of State, she is responsible for everything that happens within the state department unless the President makes a mandate overriding her, even then it is her mission to carry out the mandate. Hillary by being careless about her emails containing confidential information and everyone that interacted with her set a precedent in the state department that anything goes; this is a careless and willful disrearguard for the American Public.
Aiden Butler
I hope people aren't that dumb. I know Jim Comey, he's an honorable man and I guarantee he wasn't bribe nor was he promised a job. I can say with certainty he did his job and was totally on the level. You can be sure it went the way it did because a prosecutor said "go after Hillary?! Are you out of your fucking mind? "
Logan Clark
Remember when Hillary said she admired Margaret Sanger, calling her a"trailblazer" and shit like that when Margaret Sanger was a self-confessed racist who started Planned Parenthood to eradicate black people and frequently spoke at Klan rallies?
How come more people aren't talking about that, especially the black liberals voting for Hillary?
Sebastian Brooks
>Did anyone actually listen to the FBI Director's explanation for why he is not recommending any charges?
>I found them to be... Apples. They aren't going to waste time on a case that's Apples, and even though I'd have loved to see her Appled at the Apples over this... he outlined very clearly all the Oranges why that just wouldn't happen here.
>Apples, but not (in my opinion) Oranges worthy. Your thoughts?
Your political code is: 1111010
Jonathan Howard
I agree with everything you just said. I am voting for Trump, despite the fact that he is a Disney Villain, for this reason among others.
Logan Gutierrez
better a disney villan than the real thing...
Brody Richardson
What if she were to just get hacked again? It would completely destroy any trust her voters would have in her.
James Reed
actually true libcucks stick with Bernie. We hate this cunt as much as you do. Hillary's base is a bunch of sludge brained feminazis who think that a woman would make a good president regardless of evidence otherwise simply based on the fact that she has a sweaty saggy cooch.
Aiden Scott
I've been reading most of this on WaPo and TheHill but I've never seen anyone point out which law she was accused of breaking.
Can someone point me to the reference or law? I'm curious to see what was the legal charge/argument.
Robert Lewis
This is accurate, they are voting her the same reason they voted obama, some arbitrary attribute they decide needs to be in the white house for a go round.
Alexander Adams
I hope most of the Berners don't jump ship to her too. I'd rather see Trump as president than hillary, and that's saying something. This election is literally a nightmare scenario I came up with 10 years ago. I honestly can't believe the American people are retarded enough to allow it. I hope China invades, we deserve tyranny for a while
Xavier Campbell
Good point Correct The Record I am now #MentallyHill

I can't cite the statute, but Congress made negligent handling of potentially classified documents a felony.
Alexander Phillips
>Gross negligence isn't a crime >Excuse me while I go drink and drive
Lucas Perez
I'm waiting for Trump's Disney villain song. Those are always the best in the movie.
Angel Perry
She's a corrupt person. She breaks the law. The clintons get away with things that would have any low level person in prison. This isn't news sadly. Even if she was going to get prosecuted I wouldn't have been shocked if she got pardoned. The best we can do against her is cast doubt about her integrity and just destroy her image. The best we can do/try do to do is deny her being president. Nothing good will come from her being president
