>Ignorantia juris non excusat[1] or ignorantia legis neminem excusat[2] (Latin for "ignorance of the law excuses not"[1] and "ignorance of law excuses no one"[2] respectively) is a legal principle holding that a person who is unaware of a law may not escape liability for violating that law merely because he or she was unaware of its content.

It's a bummer OP but what else can be said?

...

That's true, but there's also something called "prosecutorial discretion", meaning the feds don't have to do shit about Hillary if they don't feel like it or if they think there isn't a case to be made.

WAH WAH WAH, I'm butthurt becuse MY party didn't get the outcome they wanted. Guess what, they are all shit, and I'm sure the rebublics "won" more than a few of these

Nice pure arrogance pic.

You are likely a one issue voter. Abortion? Pot? Faggottry?

fuck bringing in politics. fuck trump. fuck hillary.

this person broke federal law, lied about it, and now isnt even going to face the consequences of their actions.

fuck politics. this is about justice, not hurr durr party bias.

that would be indifference. or in your 12yo terminolgy IDGAF

...

mens rea is required for the action she committed to be a crime

not all crimes require mens rea, but the one she is accused of does, and if a republican fbi head decides not to recommend charges she has no chance of being convicted

she was stupid, not criminal. if being stupid was criminal the jails would be overflowing.

Grow the fuck up. Good people of good character conducted an investigation and came to a conclusion you didn't like.

Not quite, Einstein.

Ok with gay marriage, Or closeted dickheads like you staying in.

boom. nailed it. all these arm-chair quarterbacks saying what should have happened, like they know shit.

Damage arising from gross negligence is still the responsibility of the perpetrator. Federal law is actually being completely re-written when they say "no real INTENT to harm the country, so no indictment". If you run down someone running through a red light because you were texting but had "no intent to harm" guess how you would do defending that?

Let us know what you think after you get out of high school.

ha you honestly believe this isnt a flagrant example of corruption? good people of good character my ass.

If stupid was criminal there would be bars and barbed wire around DC

God, how did you grow up so fucking retarded. The fbi is corrupt. So corrupt they'd shill for hillary. You have a demonstrated IQ lower than the barrel length of an AR 15.

yes insulting me must mean youre right. and im the one whos retarded. yup. the clintons are well known to be corrupt as fuck. open your eyes or be a blind sheep. the choice is yours child.

>You have a demonstrated IQ lower than the barrel length of an AR 15.
I remember my parents saying "act your age, not your hat size".
But, hey, keep being edgy, son

She got lucky and they can't point out a specific way it hurt the country so it's OK. Just like running red lights is perfectly OK, just don't hit anybody.

>Give me liberty or give me death.
That's what you fuckin say mate.

So why no indictments let alone convictions? Gee, I guess the Clintons are the Illuminati. Yea, you are that fuckin retarded. Pathetic really.

...

>merely because he or she was unaware of its content.
But she was aware either way. She went through training to get certified.

...

...

...

get over it

This. No one seems to understand this.

proven debunked.

Criminal is criminal you fuckin twat. Just because it wasn't her intention to allow access to sensitive information, doesn't mean that some foreign government doesn't have their hands on it now, because of her "mistake". Ignorance isn't an excuse.

Here's my little picture because i'm to immature to put my thoughts into words that intelligent people can comprehend.
tl;dr I'm 12

Incorrect. The quote is factual.

What was debunked was the claim that Zeifman 'fired' Hillary as she worked with him and not for him.

Yes, because you're far more knowledgeable than the folks at her fbi. You fuckin low iq twat.

Intent is intent you uneducated redneck.
If you broke a law, and there was no PROOF you caused harm to someone, should you be punished?

Debate with a shill...that's a good idea, amright?

...

>amright?
sorry, I don't understand JR HS.
Again with pics....

If there's proof you broke the law, it doesn't fucking matter if you hurt someone.

Lets try, maybe something you can grasp.
If I run a stop sign at 3am, on a deserted road, and not hit nor impeded anyone else path. Have a caused harm that warrants punishment?

edit: I caused harm....

You've gone above their heads. You need to come up with something less complex.

Pictures on an image board....shocking!

...

You probably should not post your family photos here.

lol

Really? Are you this stupid?
Snowden KNOWINGLY exposed info.
Clinton MIGHT have allowed info to be exposed if her server was hacked which there is no proof that happened.

>2nd amd. (with edits)

You are right. Sometimes I assume everyone is at least a little smarterer

No, it doesn't. There is a separate law dealing with misuse of classified material in a manner to hurt the US; hers was a crime of wilful incompetence, which is not an excuse.

She is guilty. The fix is in.

It's still a fun comparison don't you think?

Yes. edits. Like nut jobs like Orlando shooter, get no guns. NOT 10 round mag limit bullshit

And she KNOWINGLY used her own, unauthorized private server. Your point?

Let's go with your example.
3am on a deserted street, you're driving around with national secrets taped up on the windows of your car. Now, having them there instead of, say in a locked case in the trunk, would seem pretty negligent.

You run a red light, and even though nobody got hurt immediately, the camera taking a picture of your plate also got a good look at the military secrets plastered out there in the public.

Regardless of all of that, the law is that you don't run red lights. You ran a red light, its documented by the camera. You should expect a fine and points on your license, even though 'nobody got hurt'.

He passed his lame ass FBI background checks to get the gunz

Child rapist defender apologist

Show the malice.
Show the harm.
She is an idiot or fool at the least.
But show us, oh enlightened one where there was harm to warrant 1100 FBI agents assigned to this.
You "conservatives" have no issue wasting gov't resources when its against your adversaries.

I rolled a stop sign without malice or harm. Still got fined.

Keep making my point for me.
FOCUS on the nut job, criminal, whatever.
STOP trying to ban "assault weapons" and "high capacity" magazine.
In other words: properly allocate resources

...

>the camera taking a picture of your plate also got a good look at the military secrets plastered out there in the public.
Did this happen in my scenario?
Did this happen in the Hillary sever scenario.
Way to not make a point.
>the law is the law
Really, I would bet you a paycheck, you would at least try to fight that ticket.

I think it's a good idea, but execution will be difficult. 2a isn't a complicated amendment but look how much it has been parsed or ignored.
Writing an amendment about "orlando shooter nuts" would be hell.

Never said it would be easy, or even possible. But it should be a starting point for both sides of the debate.

Laws are for the little people.

If you have time could you all please take and share this poll: strawpoll.me/10677417

No intent is necessary for violation of the law cited.

All you need is to show 'gross negligence'

Would have been a slam dunk case.

Obviously not a slam dunk, or there...oh wait sorry it was another conspiracy.
Care to address the rest of my post, or too much for you to process?

I'll share a little something with you.

I have a car, like most middle-class citizens.
My car has been needing repairs. So I found a local job that I can walk to.
My car had been sitting for months. So I canceled the insurance.
The father of a friend of mine offered to help with repairs.
I cant do some of the repairs because I live in an apartment and they dont allow such extensive work done in the lot.
All I had to do was drive the car 1/2 mile. That was it. I left at 1am, when no one should be on the road.

I was pulled over for a routine DUI check. Unknown to me at the time, they are now asking for proof of insurance instead of registration. I cooperated, was respectful, and let them know where I was going and why. The officer took pity and I was escorted back to the apartment complex. And was still ticketed. I was able to keep my car. I was still ticketed.

I fought it, and no luck.

Now, my license is revoked. I paid the $370 citation, and have another $680 simply to get it reinstated, on top of any other filing fees. at least it won't go down as a criminal offence.

YOU show me the fucking malice.
YOU show me the fucking harm.

Oh wise one.
