wear ear protection faggot

Are you me?

what is that, is that when you gain dog super hearing?

Just keep some kind of white noise around at all times

I suddenly lost most of my hearing in my right ear about three days ago. It comes back for a while and then goes down to zero again. There is intermittent pressure and ringing that lasts for hours.

I suppose I should see a doctor. Maybe if it lasts for more than a month.

Only pussies get tinnitus.

That's not very nice. Maybe you should think about what you're doing before you post mean comments on the internet.

Sorry OP I can't hear you, got this ringing in my ears.

I was taking black smithing lessons and the teacher said he got tinnitus when he was my age. He said he wouldn't still be alive if it wasn't for the emotional support of his family and the physical intervention of his friends. He even made a hammer that strikes at the same frequency of his tinnitus so that he can't here it strike. So idk make a hammer or something

what does he do with the hammer?

Place the palms of your hands over your ears with fingers resting gently on the back of your head. Your middle fingers should point toward one another just above the base of your skull. Place your index fingers on top of you middle fingers and snap them (the index fingers) onto the skull making a loud, drumming noise. Repeat 40-50 times. Some people experience immediate relief with this method. Repeat several times a day for as long as necessary to reduce tinnitus.

Plz buy me factorio richfags with tinnitus : steamcommunity.com/id/

FUCK steamcommunity.com/id/JigglypuffLover2

PUSS.

Got it in one ear just barely. Life's okay. A fan, podcast whatever audible noise just drones it out

are you retarded?

Spreads his tinnitus

i have it i think so.
>i permanently hear a high frecuency noise that doesnt interfere with normal noises coming from the outside world
>at times, not very often, i lose hearing of one side (dont remember which or if its just only one of them but it happens only on one side at a time) and my inner ear membrane goes numb and i hear a high pitched noise and nothing else from that ear, the other one works just fine during this event.
>any exams that theyve done to me have come clean and noone knows what the fuck is going on

yep, have to sleep with a tv or something on otherwise it will keep me up

Nickleodeon fleshlight?

>level 6
>681 hours in tf2
How can trips be so casual

He makes metallic unicorn dildos.

that sounds painful

I have it but it's from using power tools and doing construction the majority of my life. It sucks.........

The scary part was he was wacking the anvil with it and said he couldn't hear it all but the fucking thing was deafening me. Can't even imagine what it would be like to hear that all the time.

HOLY FUCKING SHIT U user WERE FUCKING RIGHT

but it comes back instantly, i can only hear it when theres very little outside noise anyways.

also i wasnt born like this i got it around 15 23 years old. and also sometimes i get super directional hearing (i can hear stuff up to 100 meters away and only in that direction meaning i cant hear someone speaking in front of me)

>>Dodger
Mah nigga

It hurts like shit

I have mine since I was 9
I comes and goes il just be walking around a suddenly high pitched noise

I thought that was a dwarf

The gif looks warped
She's short but not that bad

you've been on Sup Forums too long today time to get off.

White noise doesn't work for me. It drives me up the wall.

We describe a films plot badly continued:
I'll start:
>A young man quits his job, steals a jacket and hangs out with a homeless girl and her pet.

HES RIGHT, IT WORKED!
It feels a little reduced after. Generally it doesnt bother me until either it gets really quiet or someone brings it up.

Fight club ?

My is on 24/7 in both ears. When my trigeminal nerve acts up on my left side it becomes 10 times worse.

It used to be a blip sound every 2 seconds drove me fucking nuts in bed at night
The occasional ringing is definitely not as bad

I have get it quite bad, but I'm almost always around computers so the fans usually subtly drown it out, It's only when I'm in a much more silent room that it becomes overbearing.

I've had it for as long as I can remember, it'll blend with the rest of the noises and you'll forget it. Can still hear it if you "look for it". I guess the experience may vary depending on the pitch, but I doubt it.

Tokyo Godfathers

Highschooler finds girlfriend dead in ditch, hides body in pipe and goes to find whoever said responsible but becomes a drug runner almost but causes a bunch of people to kill each other instead and just kind of quits I guess. Takes place in cali and has an actor from inception in it.

Very slight hissing in ears. Only hear it when getting up and trying to sleep. Havin it for 4 months now. I can live with it.

easy way surgeon, should not be afraid son

You get used to it and eventually you wont even hear or notice it until you actuall remember that you have it and focus on it.
It gets easier.

stop watching and emulating Archer, kid. cringe city.

See one immediately faggot read up on your symptoms

10/10

>Mawp maaawwwp maawp

I myself have struggled with it, turned out it was a underlying sinusitis which wasnt symptomatic, got better after just 2 days of medication. It can be a bitch to diagnose the exact cause of it since the potential causes are many. A good ear/nose specialist or whatever the exact name in english was, should be able to help you. Having said that, there are also physical therapists who specialize in dealing with these problems. (almost graduated physiofag here). No idea if such are available where you live OP. The most general advice i could give is, since if often is a circulatory problem, stop smoking for a while should you do so and keep well hydrated.

I hit clubs from my 20s to my 40's but was smart enough to put wet toilett tissue in my ears.
Saved my ears

i have tinnitus
just deal with it

yes. its fun.

Yep, mostly in my right ear. It's not too bad but can get bad when it's quiet. My own fault really. Was 10 years Air Force aircrew, so it was kind of inevitable.

it's called the hum

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Hum

the nsa is involved and it broadcasts to everyone to monitor them.

authenticmentoring.wordpress.com/2014/11/24/satanic-gang-stalking-and-electronic-harassment-the-stench-that-ushers-in-a-healthy-5d-earth/

at least im not alone in being targeted as a Sup Forums user.

Born with fucked hearing, if its quiet for a while I can start hearing it, gets progressively louder over the course of about 45 minutes. Gets pretty fucking loud around then, like I can't hear speech until my ears re-adapt, which takes about 20 seconds or so.

>eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Tinnitus sucks. I got it from when I was in drum line
We used a Dr. Beat brand metronome through a huge speaker in a tiny gymnasium
That's where we practiced almost daily
Now I constantly have ringing
And then sometimes it'll get much louder
Sometimes I can't hear shit it's just that high pitched EEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I've had a blown eardrum for two months. Feels like there is water in my ear constantly. It's a living hell.

tinnitus sucks ass. i'm deaf in my left ear now, and it sounds like there's a generator in there. or sometimes just a hisssss.

right ear's going deaf, hisssss most of the time there too.

I like sneks. but I don't like tinnitus.

I got mine from rock concerts (attending and performing) and jet engines when I was in the Air Force. Now, I have fluid in both middle ears and will be having surgery to put little tubes in my ear drums so they will drain and dry out.

My ears suck but they still work mostly.

do you have a hearing aid or cochlear implant?

does ANYONE ITT have a hearing aid or cochlear implant? do they work? do they help?

thanks pls

What jets? I was a KC135 boom. You should definetly apply for disability if you haven't.

I've gotta do this shit

I have no fucking clue. Sometimes I do wake up when trying to go to sleep and I hear a progressively loud high pitch frequency. I do listen to my music very fucking loud at times, and I sleep with a fan on, even when I got to sleep. But that's because I think my neighbors could hear me jacking off or something. Plus, it's hot. Idk. I don't even care. My hearing is actually pretty fucking great. I hear sirens from a good distance with my windows and music up.

That's a really easy surgery. tbh I could do it for you. 1 grommet in each ear. I hope they're not doing general anesthesia, it should be a local - an injection right in the ear drum to numb it. then the procedure. piece of cake.

if you're in my area i'll consider doing it for a good price.

Sometimes inner ear stuff can affect people's balance. Has anyone ever experienced vertigo from their ear issues?

LSD cured my tinnitus i dont know how tho

did you ever refuel any really cool top secret aircraft (that you can talk about)?

dude that is fucking scary go with one right now fag

this is usually wat I have to do to hear ppl, too.

can u send me some

>index finger on your ear lobes
>push ear lobes inside ear

>while pressing the ear lobes against the inside of the ear clap with your thumb and middle finger (i hope that you know what I mean with clap).

>do this for 30 seconds. KEep doing this for days/weeks/months.

>thank me.

I'm
I get balance issues and I get nauseated from spinning once or twice- really easily
I get vertigo so often that when I'm slipping I don't even react anymore
Which is usually a good thing because I step heavily and it helps me not fall
I feel like the reason some other people fall so easily is because they tense up and panic
I just let things happen

Well, I'll be dipped in shit. It is a bit better now. Thanks user!

hearing loss like that is a medical emergency.

the same thing happened to me last June. I waited 3 weeks, and by the time I went to see a doctor, I was permanently deaf in my left ear, and halfway deaf in my right. I know that pressure, it sucks.

mine is an autoimmune disease called autoimmune inner ear disorder.

you need prednisone for your ears now, to save your hearing.

HES RIGHT!

It didnt work at all though, not for me, not for anyone who has an actual severe tinnitus noice (multiple frequencies) not a clear pure frequency...so yeah

Never anything that cool. Mostly missions that you couldn't talk about, but the planes were one's you could guess.

A lot of NATO people from different countries overseas, so that was cool.

Buy it on darknetmarket

I got tinnitus when i was seven. I was scared and thought i was gonna lose my hearing. My Dad has it too and he told me its normal. I guess its not but i don't care. When i'm in a quiet room like if i'm shitting and it gets really quiet. I hear the ringing get louder and louder until it laps over and goes quiet again. It creeps me out so i don't stay in quiet rooms long.

Yes, i have "Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo" like one time a year. My tinnitus is very little tho thank fucking god, i keep on avoiding loud concerts and such

Used to wear some, got some surgery, didn't wear them for a bit, new specialist says I have to wear 'em again, so I guess yeah.

And fuck yeah, the difference it made was insane. I had severe hearing loss in my left ear, and mild-moderate in my right. I literally could not hear anything under 70db in my left ear, at all. With the hearing aid, I had it down to slightly below normal.

Be warned, if you don't have it covered in your country, hearing aids are expensive as fuck because the motherfuckers that make them know you want them. I'm paying 3500$CAD for the ONE hearing aid I'm buying now. Over-the-ear types are cheaper then in-the-ear, but if you have long hair/wear hats you will get a rustling sound when it hits the microphone that makes you wish your tinnitus was twice the volume to drown it out.

C-130 crew chief. I've got %70 disability (psych) but can't work so I'm paid at %100. I never brought up the hearing problems. Might mention it next time I see my VA doc.

i've read it has been closed down a while ago...? like, the guy behind it was captured

unless darknetmarket is something different than silk road...

I was in the Field Artillery.
Ear plugs are a joke when you are sitting in a tin box made to explode rounds that weigh hundreds of pounds and land miles away. Army issue earplugs, even more so.

Anyway, some nights I can barely sleep from the constant screaming, whining, keening noise. I run a fan, leave a TV on, but some nights I just think about eating a .45 just to make it stop.

Join the chemical society and look up how to buy 1-p-LSD
As long as you're buying it for "research purposes" you can buy it all you want legally

Is there anyone here who has actual noice tinnitus, not some shit you obtained because you listend to loud music?

>be me
>be 22
>train too much
>get jaw imflammation???
>wake up with tinnitus (one ear)
>now severe tinnitus in entire head
>done everything possible
>spend thousands of dollars (well euros)
>nothing worked
>great tinnitus filled future ahead

Yeah I've heard they're expensive - my private insurance here in the US won't cover one, I'll be out quite a bit of $$$

Also waiting for my insurance to cover my cochlear implant, the cost for one of those is around $100k

i'm excited to hear again...

They're going to put me under. When I go in for the pre-surgery consult, I'll bring up getting a local. It will fix some of my hearing loss, I hope, but don't expect it to do anything for my tinnitus.

Can't do any hallucinogens because of my psych problems.
Can't do other drugs because they all make get all paranoid delusional kinds of shit.

My father crewed on 135's. He was away more that he was home.

is it loud? i hear ringing in one ear, it's not that bad.

I've learned to live with it.
To be fare though my mind has never been quiet.
I've always had music and conversations overlapping and accompanying the ringing.
And I can't recall any times I've gotten headaches from all the noise so it must have started at an extremely young age and I've grown numb to it.
Sucks I'll never know what silence is actually like, but I think I'll live.

Mine comes and goes. Sometimes I can hear it worse when I have earbuds in. Other times it is worse when I am trying to go to sleep and turn my head to the side, where my ear is muffled by the couch cushion or blanket.

From what I know, and my Father also has it, the doctor says that it is nerve damage and incurable. Other doctors don't have a clue as to what causes it, sometimes it just runs in families.

No, its not loud that's why I say it's severe...just idk go buy coffee or something

>leave a TV on

The TV in my appt is on 24/7 except when I go out. It's the only thing that helps.

Its pretty much the same as silk road but its still open.
