I don't think the person that made this actually knows runes, or they possibly made some up to fill in phonetic gaps? The top rune on each side almost looks like the rune for "h" but it is missing a line. Bottom rune on the left is "d", bottom rune on the right is "i". Middle rune on the left is "f", the rune below that looks like a backwards "n". wtf.
