happened to a guy I worked with, he actually just became supervisor the day before he got busted. literally everyone at work were completely disgusted with him and talked about how creepy and bad of a guy he was, even though just days before everyone liked the guy and hoped he got the supervisor spot.

Honestly i'd say you should stay friends with him.
