nothing, tickets are nominative and your ID is checked multiple time before and after your travel (and to the US it's twice the pain)

1) Russians need visas to EU
2) It's simpler to fly from directly from Moscow/St. Petersburg for them
3) Russians are more poor than Europeans/Americans
