Put a backpack on with something heavy in it and do push-ups. Make the weight so that your max set is like 12-16 and do 3 sets of 8 and then take it off and go to failure. Do it like every 3 days and make sure you eat protein and slightly more calories than you burn everyday to make sure calories aren't the limiting factor of your muscle growth. Keep adding more weight as it gets easier.
