The only gamera does that would even be close to challenges for godzilla are irys and legion, and he has beaten stronger foes with similar and or stronger attributes
Godzilla is also smarter, able to pinpoint enemy weaknesses (Spacegodzilla and the crystals on his back and fukuoka tower, hedorah and the electrodes, mecha KG and the pilot controller, rose Biollante and her seed orb center thing)
