It seems like this exact situation played out except when reaching for the license the cop panicked and shot the guy. The cop didn't disarm you first? Any time I've been stoped they ask me to get out of the car, take the gun, then proceed as normal for their safety.

His partner knew he was lying and i could tell he was uncomfortable about it, but he didn't say anything, just kind of looked down and wouldn't look at me. What's really fucked up is i'm pretty sure the judge knew he was lying too but convicted me anyway. He said, "well you pretty much convinced me but sorry, guilty."
