hockey, lacrosse, rugby, and euro football

Basketball is by far the most common sport to play outside of joining an organized team/league

When I was a kid almost everyone played football. Going to gym is very common too, but among adults.

>going to the gym
>a sport

Hmmmmmmm no

His last name is "Haack"

He's a world champion in the 83kg weightclass.

>Fatlifting

How can it be fatlifting if there's different weightclasses?

Are the people in the 83kg weightclass all somehow obese? Wouldn't being fat make it hard to be competitive?

>Basketball

Still can't quite wrap my noggin around this

>I kick/throw a ball around, my sport is more valid unlike your sport answering the age-old question of "Can you pick that shit up?"

Hmmm really gets my noggin runnin in circles.

let me clarify for you

one is the ultimate barbell sport that requires flexibility, explosiveness, concentration, speed, power, and general athleticism

the other is a hobby for dudes in $500 "gear" consisting of knee wraps, wrist wraps, bench suits, squat suits, so that they can move a barbell the distance of one foot in the length of 1 minute

>the other is a hobby for dudes in $500 "gear" consisting of knee wraps, wrist wraps, bench suits, squat suits, so that they can move a barbell the distance of one foot in the length of 1 minute

Ah yes, the only form of powerlifting is geared. There is certainly no such thing as raw powerlifting, which is far more popular.

Really does make me think.
