The first line would be x + x + x = 30 or 3x = 30. This means x = 10.

The second line is x + y + y = 18 or 2y + 10 = 18 --> 2y = 8 so y = 4.

The third line is y - z = 2 or 4 - z = 2 which means z = 2.

The last line is z + x * y =? or 2 + 10 * 4 = 42.

knowing apples are 10 then Apple + 2 banans = 18, so 18 - 10 is 8. 8/2 = 4.
equivalent to 4.

tricky part, banana - 2 half slices of a coconut = 2. 4 - 2 = 2 so 2 half slices of coconut = 2 and 2/2 = 1 so a half slice of coconut is equivalent to 1.

so final formula would be 1 + 10 * 4 = 41

and actually looking closer, theres 4 bananas each so bananas are actually worth only 1 as well (since theres 3 at the last step) its actually 1 + 10 * 3 = 31

(ranging from values like 1.5 + .5 to 1 + 1 for example.) but for this we'd say they're 1 each since its a picture. if we took like buying groceries. the last line would not may no sense. so take it as face value of 1.
