My old laptop used to do that until I updated the video drivers. Figure out what kind of card you have, go to the manufacturer's website, and download the most up-to-date drivers for it. It should be an .exe file. Run that, restart your pc, and if you aren't good at that point then your actual graphics card may be fucked.

It looks like it was bought more than 8 years ago. It got so shitty that I couldnt run Vista anymore(it was default) and they installed XP.

Just do a hard reset. If it happens again open in safe mode and recovery what you can or find a fix or reimage.

>make sure color is on max
>Adjust the resolution
>if it doesnt work find your graphics drivers delte them then reinstall them
>if it still doesnt work back up your files and reinstall windows
