this is Sup Forums

I agree, they really need to nerf the khaleesi class

Whenever anyone recommends it they always say it's "like Lord Of The Rings" SO JUST WATCH FUCKING LORD OF THE RINGS!

>We
Is this ironic or should you actually kill yourself?

what collossal dumbass compares lord of the rings to a song of ice and fire

Lord of the Rings is too fantasy. It's a girls series

Except LOTR is actually good. People really only watch GoT because it's dark and edgy. And because it's basically porn.

Hello OP, as a member of the Sup Forums elite I'm here to help you

Our consensus is that season 1 is the best whereas 2 3 4 are good, but 4 being the beginning of the end, season 5 was beyond garbage but hardhome was goat, we also agree that season 6 was utter trash and only managed to be better than season 5 because of less sandcunt drone scenes and episode 10

Now you're up to speed on what's acceptable in terms of seasons

However to answer your question: we secretly like it but the in thing to do is hate on it and try to find flaws

But lord of the rings is only good for kids and the first half of fellowship, the movies are horrid and the books are so predictable you know what's going to happen if you read the backside of the books

I went into it expecting a lot of porn. There's some more tits early on but then it kinda stops showing them except for passing by girls. They're also mostly sad tits that you can't masturbate to, so it's not even good porn, it's desperate stuff like stealing your friends dads playboy.

How about this one?

Neither are good, but I'll take edgy torture porn over kiddy shit good-two-shoes morality play any day.

Even the LOTR books were boring.

You're telling me battle of the bastards and the door weren't awesome episodes!?

Also season 4 was the best

Stopped being good by season 1 episode 3

Nobody watches or cares about it other than complete lack of anything to watch, however I do want to see mr baseball beat the shit out of Glenn or Maggie, in fact, I'm sure the Glenn eaten by zombies tease was a test to see how fans would react to one of the oldest and most favorite characters since they plan to kill him

>predictable

Says LotR is bad because fantasy
...GoT is also fantasy

No. Fuck off. Now.

I said too fantasy. I also dislike the dragons and warg shit of GoT but I stay for regular Game of Betrayal stuff. Littlefinger, Varys, Olenna, Tyrion and them being the most interesting because they plan ahead. I could do without Danaerys and her dragons, the red woman and her stupid fucking magic. i'm on the fence about Arya and her god of faces though, that's just kinda cool because I hope she fucks Jaquen

>lol I'm Sansa
>we must take winterfell to save rickon and be safe
>lol rickon is already dead xD
>hey lol I have the largest army this side of the world at my disposal but I won't tell you just yet Jon, id rather risk you and your friends dying so I can look all smug about it
>Jon you should be lord of winterfell :3
>Jon I'm mad now because you became lord of winterfell

>lol I'm Ramsay
>I'll shoot the dying giant instead of Jon Snow
>I'll quip and gloat instead of shooting Jon Snow
>lol I'm defeated

>lol I'm soldier in jobs army
>oh no the bastard is loading his bow and aiming at our commander and the giant
>let's see what happens instead of disarming him

>lol I'm fallen soldiers
>let's make a massive death wall from thin air

It had potential but it's retarded

What, are you retarded or something?

Literally no main character dies except Gandalf tthat gets to be revived and boromir who wasn't really main character/no one liked

Every battle is 10billion orcs vs 300 humans but they are always saved in the last second by supernatural forces and one of the main characters that weren't in the fight

So cheesy, so lame, completely un-rewatchable

>>hey lol I have the largest army this side of the world at my disposal but I won't tell you just yet Jon, id rather risk you and your friends dying so I can look all smug about it
>>Jon you should be lord of winterfell :3
>>Jon I'm mad now because you became lord of winterfell
I agree on the her idea of just plain yelling at Jon
>WE NEED MORE TROOPS
and not offering any fucking hope or idea was retarded. God damn it, he tried all he could, he didn't know you had a secret guy waiting to fuck and help you so he didn't even consider it. She really really really fucked up there, it was so stupid, so many people died because of that.

But I didn't know she was mad that he became lord. Good, fuck her, I hope she stays mad and stupid the rest of the series.

What about the door?
Also nitpicking, but you have to admit the cinematography was outstanding and probably one of the greatest battles in GoT it did have its flaws but all in all it was a just ending to a very amazing plot line and set up an amazing season 7
>I wish reek would've gotten to kill Ramsey though

Her actres and D&D already hinted she's upset she didn't get praise and recognition and she'll probably be a mini antagonist to Jon in the next season where she either dies, gets redeemed and kills petyr or once again ruins everything for her family because of what she wants

Sansa didn't want to offer Jon the vales troops because little finger pretty much sold her too ramsay knowing he was a monster
do they have to spell it out to you?

I was excited for The Door and it..wasn't any good. The entire weird undead army show up and stand around to wait for the girl to come out and see them and run back inside. The "children" have limited magic fire which is cool I guess but I felt nothing for Wylis and his seizure and repeating "hold the door" because I don't understand why it happened. Was Bran somehow in the past, and also trying to warg into Hodor at the same time? because I didn't think he knew what was going on in the real world at the time, just observing.

I'm not against it being good, it just didn't line up for me how he mind raped Hodor by...Meera yelling "hold the door" 20 years in the future.

Praise where it's due, you're right, however, still a stupid episode character and plot wise

As for the door, hodors death was fantastic but a lot of stupid shit was still in it

>bran I forgot to tell you that the white walkers will probably kill us all if you go dreaming without me :)
>summer jumps into horde to save budget
>zombies crawling on the tunnel ceiling same speed as the ones on the ground
>leaf allahu akbaring instead of planting the bomb and running (literally didn't stop most of them for more than a second anyways)
>walkers are stupid science project gone wrong which makes them boring and generic as fuck

It was some sort of temporal causality loop I guess it's not really explained but this is all happening in a world where season last multiple years.

Yes. She was the one bitching about needing more troops and offering nothing, like she didn't want to play her hand and show Jon she had reinforcements for whatever reason. Instead of swallowing her pride 18 hours before and doing it then, she just felt like yelling at Jon who told her "we fight with what we have, it's all we can get" and he was almost correct.

I know she's a chick and has no actual concept of battle besides numbers vs numbers, but she wanted her brother Rickon back a little (admitting he might be lost) so I guess it wasn't important enough to get the troops on time, it was better to be dramatic and maybe be a hero. I don't fucking know, she has so much pride for no god damn reason. All that Sansa bitch has done for 50~ episodes is sulk and feel pity for herself and try her hand at manipulation (by crying ONCE to save littlefinger)

But she did anyways, and still didn't tell Jon about it

The most I can guess is when speaking with Jon when they met, she let it slip that the vale had so and so amount of forces. When asked how she knows that, she lies and says she overheard Ramsay saying it from a raven he got.
Was she just expecting him to suggest it to her? "go ask him for troops for me"

That was probably the worst part of season 6 the white walkers backstory that pissed me off sooo much hopefully it's different from the books but that was superbly stupid the whole children of the forest story line was stupid and generic

its kind of ludicrous but he linked past and present hodor by warging hodor, past honor can then hear and see everything present hodor does and this fries his brain and since meera is screaming for him to hold the door that's all he can comprehend, that he has to hold the door

It's basically confirmed that the same type of mind fuckery is what drove the already sick and deteriorated king aerys to madness that made him repeat burn them all burn them all

Basically next season bran will warg and watch the madking and somehow he'll hear bran hearing "burn them all" referencing the undead and then aerys will just get that command imprinted in him

"He was saying the same thing he'd been saying for hours, burn them all" - Jaime

Sansa has to appear strong and prideful because if she isn't a confident strong female character then the fuckwits of the world will throw a hissy fit and complain about her character not being strong and capable

I don't think that's the case targaryens are just crazy and the mad king wasn't the first to go crazy, but I mean the show could cheap out and do that but idk
