It's pretty rare nowadays, but I think there's some clubs that'll let you in to play.
It was marketed as an educational game to help the kids learn, so if you acted badly enough your parents probably would have given you a copy. Some really great marketing on their part, even my grandparents knew about it.
Sold really well among the Asian families, although they tended to go for the sequel, A-Beat-in, Brumstik Edition
