Well according to Eyes of heaven Dio's The World can get another power with stopped time being the ability to rewrite reality, then again I'm not too sure eyes of heaven could be used as an example for anything since Jotaro beat Heaven Dio in a 1v1 and that's just beyond ridiculous.
