alright, newfag, let me explain it to you.
virtually all computers are running on a 64bit system nowadays (system64). only really old ones (and I'm talking windows 98 old) are still running on system32.
so unless you live in some third world shithole you won't have to worry about deleting system32.
your pc has both system64 and system32 installed, microsoft just keeps it in for compatibility reasons though most users won't need it a single time in their entire life.
the bad thing that comes with system32 is viruses. because system64 is (almost) unhackable, virus programmers just focus on system32.
so if you delete it, 99.9% (yes, that's the actual percentage) of the viruses that have ever been created won't affect you. I'd still get anti virus software though, JUST in case.
btw it's possible to re-install system32 but trust me, you won't need it. peace out.
