it's in the lower part of my back and it's a stabbing pain, every time I stand up, move or anything it hurts and aches, it started this morning, sometimes this happens but I can never fix it so for the next few days I can't really do anything.

Take 2 x 500mg paracetamol tabs and 2 x 400mg (or 4 x 200mg) Ibuprofen tabs, cheapest you can find, branded ones are expensive and work no better. You can take both together. If you don't have ibuprofen then take aspirin and paracetamol instead. But taking aspirin and ibuprofen can kill you so don't mix them.
If you can find some with codeine and Doxylamine in, even better. If you know someone with prescription painkillers, borrow a few from them, depending on what country you're in aim for Tramadol or codeine based, oxycodone, Vicodin, whatever you can get ahold of.
Once the pain subsides, grab a tennis or golf ball (any hard ball really) and place it between your back and a wall. Rub yourself up and down the wall so the ball can massage the painful part and the areas around it. It works like a deep tissue massage.
I have daily headaches that would make your average hangover feel like a tickle, stemming from shoulder damage, and this is literally what works best for me. Except I'm on morphine now because of how bad it is.

like once every year and a half i will wake up one random morning and my back will be like 8/10 on pain scale. I have found nothing that helps in any way except laying down or trying to sit still but it just temporarily ceases some of the pain. It feels like shit and like it will never get better but generally the next day pain is down like 50% and down 50% each day after until it goes away.

Well you seem to have a genuine medical issue. I used to have some back pain as well, turned out it was caused by sitting to long in the same (unhealthy) position. So if any of you does not have a real medical condition, altering your sitting posture (or better reducing the time spent in a fucking chair) might help you.
