While there are lots of tough cars there with weapons and gadgets (007 car, Batmobile(s), KITT, Mach 5, Pursuit Special), in the end I'd have to choose one of the supernatural types (the Wraith, Christine, Happy Toys truck) as I just think they'd pull out ahead. I'd go with the Wraith, it can rebuild itself, there is no killing it, that sorta takes the cake.
