Just bought this house in UK opinions ??

Noice

Probably £300k up north
Or 1.2m down sawf

How much was it?

pics of the garden?

240K we are really happy with it , in NE england

a bit scary spending this much money but will be worth it - i hope

Smashing, chap! Distance to neighbors house?

Does the inside need any work?
Or is it complete

Would live in.

not built yet ! but here is the plans

purple line in a 6ft wall the rest is fencing

its complete with kictehn and white goods but we had to pay 2K for all white goods

>£240k
>Lot of money

Seriously, move down here. My two bed semi was 600k and I got cunts for neighbours thrown in for free

God I miss how cheap it was up north

Cottingham

need lots of furnature but will gradualy get all of that

...

>New build
You dun goofed.

Watch for shrinkage (they're allowed to make it smaller, legally as well)

Also, your house will be made from cardboard and MDF

Should have gone for a 1930s build. The classic age of house building

I live in the UK OP.

This is not a bad buy. Fully detached, Drive-way, not bad to look at. Congrats

Where the fuck are your rear windows?

Congrats on buying the house, looks damn sweet

I like the brick one, the other looks too Spanish, especially as you're in the NE.

Layout is ok, but that garden and parking spaces, fookin nooice mate.

there aint any as the back is dead space, as the garden is at the side of the house so windows are looking onto that

Thanks pal

Yea we getting the brick style - didint like the other option

>UK
Well...the house is nice but in the UK? Damn... 3/10 at best

Incredibly original architecture.

not made of money mate - cant afford a bispoke hipster house

you obvioulsy have never been to ther north of UK - its epic when the weather is good

This.

New builds are usually made as cheap as possible and like a new car will depreciate as soon as you buy it. In 5 years you will probably be able to sell it for as much as you paid for it and buy a nice 30s or 40s semi. Or get a refurbished victorian townhouse, something built to last. That place will start falling to bits after 10 years.

cant be that bad ! but i know what your saying
