I have a cetirizine problem. I can't get out of bed, when I take my allergy medication at night. And when I do, I still feel unrested. Is there a trick to this stuff? I don't drink, don't smoke and should be perfectly rested in the morning. This is slowly killing my dedication. I'm sleepy for months now.. Please help me guise

Maybe you need to make some changes in your environment to stop your allergies
The worst one is the house dust mites allergy. But my place is really clean. I'm very tidy. I've tried a lot of stuff and so far nothing has worked

Is that Girls name Gretchen by any chance
go to a doctor and get anti dustmite bedsheets prescribed
they help
also freeze your mattresses for 3 weeks to kill almost any microorganisms
if you dont have two mattresses or a big enough freezer, i recommend getting those
A big enough freezer for a mattress?
I was looking for that chick for a long time, because this is probably my favourite ass pic. It's hashtagyoloswaggang from reddit. Enjoy ;)
yup
and preferrably bedsheets and pillowcases, etc. too
if you dont have room for a freezer that big, at least freeze anything you're sleeping in that you can for three weeks
medical professionals with knowledge about dustmites will say the same
also get rid of carpets in your home
Okay, this sounds good.
But I have a lot of allergies. I have to take at least 5mg of Zyrtec every day. The strange thing is, that I didn't change anything and it just get worse with my sleep situation. This is ridiculous imo.
Months back, I was coming from the gym at 10 am. And now I get out of bed at that time. It's annoying
I mostly have the dustmite thing, so i cannot help beyond that, other than recommending to visit a professional about it, if that is affordable for you, sorry.
Good luck, user.
>get rid of carpets
This sound also good. Will do that.
I also have a thyroid dysfunction. Could that also be a factor? At night I take magnesium and zinc. But they're supposed to improve my sleep, right?
drink a lot of water during the day and masturbate before you go to sleep 100% efficient never fails, fool proof.
Allergy medication is all shit, it all makes you sleepy as a motherfucker, every single one of them. Fuck.
The only thing that doesn't, tho it is slightly more "drastic", is to have a shot of corticosteroids right at the beginning of the heightpoint of your allergyseason. You can have one a year, no problem (at least in belgium you can, amerifats can probably have 12 or 13 as long as they pay for it themselves) and it litterally stops any symptoms for a solid 2 months. Bonus, after the third year, a lot of people start to devellop a kind of natural immunity to allergies, not wipg it out, but making it a lot more manageable.
And I do mean a lot
Look into it OP
Now stop being such a CANDY-ASS and post the rest of that set
I don't know, sorry.
I'm not a doctor of medicine, but simply tell you what the one i visited told me, which, as it helped me, I thought I should recommend.
Sadly, I haven't noticed a difference during nofap and fap periods regarding my sleep.
No problem. It's ridiculous how 5mg dictate my fucking life -_-
>getting a shot
I will look into that.
I don't have the set. But here's her reddit: reddit.com

Make sure to ask you doctor about the corticosteroids specifically, so he won't start blabbering about some sort of homeopathic pollenshot bullshit from the cabinet of dr vogel, it really does a spectacular job. I didn't really believe it, but the difference is actually night and day.
It also stops sunburns, so you can sunbathe AND breath at the same time!
I've taken some notes, thanks. But does anyone know, why this gets worse over night? I haven't changed anything.
last bump
At night you lay down. When you lay down, you have less "drainage" for lack a better word, of your nose and sinusses and what have you, your nose starts to stuff up, you can't breathe as well as you should, and you wake up very tired after spending the best part of 8 hours basically gasping for air. And you wonder why you feel like like shit in the morning.
This shit is not rocketscience, it's medical science!
Would you recommend to take it in the morning? I meant over the night, like, it happens from one day to the next and I haven't changed a thing in my life. I've taken Zyrtec for far longer, than I have this sleep problem. This is, what bugs me about it. I don't know the reason.
I'm gonna read some more online. Thanks guise
you also have a punctuation problem the way you're putting commas randomly into your sentences.
This is coming from German grammar. Sorry.
Have you tried beclometasone nasal spray? That stuff changed my life.
No, I haven't tried any sprays so far. I will look into that.
you don't even need a perscription in germany for the half strength stuff, I got mine online for about 3 Euro. You take it twice a day. it takes a few days to fully kick in but after that you're set.
You're right. There's even a ratiopharm one. Do you take that and Zyrtec, or just the spray?
Just the spray, I don't get any hayfever at all when on it.
Okay, so I'll have to try that myself. I need the Zyrtec for much more than dust allergies. I also have paprika, citrus fruits and some nut allergies. It sucks. Thanks, user
I got rid of my carpet and put away all the stuff, that just stands around and collects dust. Now it looks like I just moved in. Now I'm gonna look online for some allergy sheets.
