What's SS?
>are you Hitler?

Ss?

Enjoy T-Rex mode

Been there man

I know I'll never look like zyzz, but his transformation from skinny basement dweller to pussy slayer is an inspiration

Sadly not

I only plan to stay on SS for a few months max, then I'll switch to PPL

trenbolone acetate and primobolan depot for 12 weeks with moderate cardio and you'll make it... Zyzzmode/ottermode is attainable for anyone who is willing to work and take the necessary risks.

as long as you have a base fitness level and workout regularly as well...

Not for a skelly. They look like this if they do

>Does Sup Forums lift?
>posts pic of guy who used steroids

damn that's unfortunate. poor fella forgot to bulk.

steroids without lifting won't solve the equation. you still have to do the work. steroids make it easier. but if you're not willing to take a risk don't condemn those that do and look better.

I try to fairly often, but I am fairly slender to begin with and am not going to force myself to eat to bulk, so we'll see what happens.

Do SS and just train arms like 3 days a week

enjoy your small balls lol

More pics of him. He was 112lbs at 5.7% bf

I do extra sets of curls, chinups etc when I'm bored anyway, so that should help out.

>curl bros

Not true Sup Forumsro. HCG takes care of that on cycle. But keep the myth alive. More gains for the rest of us.

I literally just finished working out right now. And I'm on Sup Forums instead of showering

Gotta start somewhere. Right?

Yea, overtraining small muscle groups 3 times a week, genius fucking idea.

I literally have 9 inch biceps flexed right now, with pretty bulky legs. I need it.

Now fap to some tranny porn with the force of Zeus throwing lighting bolts from Olympus and complete the circle of life.

being muscular like the guy in the pic isnt natural

Is overt raining really that bad? I don't get fatigued, so I generally do more than my routine says.

>inb4 bad form or low weight. i don't do either

overtraining? People throw that word around a little to frequently to explain a weak work ethic and lack of will. You want better then earn it. I wouldn't suggest it 3 days a week. But, I do think something is better than nothing even at newb status.

Show us your body, user

Holy shit.

This guy looks like shit.

He's not big. His physique is attainable naturally with a good diet and some proper training. If this is your goal then go get it.

if it was natural as you claim it to be then there wouldnt be any work involved in achieving that physique

Are you looking forward to T-rex mode?

So you reasoning is "don't knock it till you try it". That is some stupid shit right there.

everybody has to start somewhere Sup Forumsro. just walk outside and start your life. anything of value in life requires some effort. if you want better then go get it.

Overtraining is horrible, especially small muscle groups. Unless you are on a lot of gear, you don't recover enough, especially for 3 fucking times a week.

Something is different than overtraining chief. 3 times a week is retarded for any muscle group no matter what your level.

you sound reasonable and open to have an intelligent dialogue about a complex subject. a subject which transcends almost every sporting event and martial arts discipline in the world. why come to a lifting thread considering how rampant usage is in bodybuilding and be so close minded?
